리셉션과 바 모두 서비스 직원이 훌륭합니다. 수영장이 많이 있습니다. 청결이 아쉽네요 수건 커버는 교체되지 않습니다. 이전 고객의 얼룩 흔적이 있습니다. 그리고 곳곳에서 공사가 진행되고 있어 시끄러운 소리가 들립니다.

이 훌륭한 호텔은 화려한 활동이 한창이 아닌 곳에 위치하여 조용하고 아름답습니다. 도보 거리에 레스토랑과 세븐일레븐이 있으며, 스쿠터 대여소와 세탁소도 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 넓으며 편안하며 사랑스러운 세부 사항이 많이 있습니다. 우리는 방에서 바로 수영장으로 뛰어드는 것을 좋아했습니다! 안타깝게도 만조 때만 해변에서 수영을 할 수 있지만 앉아서 태양과 두 번째 수영장을 즐기기에 좋습니다. 레스토랑은 아침 식사, 간식 또는 식사를 제공하는 기본 시설입니다. 유일한 단점은 공항에서 비행기가 올 수도 있지만 우리는 그냥 무시했습니다.

Lovely resort. Super cosy room with the comfiest bed of our trip, fridge & waters, nice bathroom etc. Nice welcome drink & nice buffet breakfast, egg station was good, would have been better if the other food was warm. Nice pool on the beach. Nice to have a gym but it is very very basic. Unfortunately, we paid for a deluxe room with a jacuzzi on the balcony which we could not get any hot water out of and the staff were unable to help, I have also emailed and recieved no response.

Very quite place suitable for couples

Nice place for one or two knights, the rooms was not clean ( old tawels of last visiter) not clean at all.. Nice breakfast. Beautiful garden and beach.

酒店的沙灘很細 早餐的西瓜 菠蘿海帶湯特別好吃。就是有幾衹貓 小孩昨晚被貓抓了一下手臂劃破皮有點血痕。今天去打疫苗挺貴的 是什麼國際醫院花了六七百 語言不通 酒店要我們自己打車去醫院，也不想去理賠了這裏貓狗特別多

很漂亮 離碼頭很近 走路3分鐘 安靜 睡覺放心 洗澡水可以再熱一點更好 小方巾拿來切芒果染色了，退房收了120泰銖

The hotel was excellent! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they even upgraded our room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere in the hotel was calm and inviting. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

THE WORST BED I’VE EVER SLEPT IN The bed - by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, in my life. It would’ve been comfier sleeping on the grass outside. If you have any back, shoulder, muscular problems, do not book here if you want to injure yourself anymore. The hardest mattress ever made, was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Room Security/Cleanliness - the door to our room hardly locks, you can see through the crack in the door even when it’s ‘locked’. This therefore let in all the mosquito’s at night. Anyone could’ve easily broken into the room, even with a small tool/hammer. - Cleanliness, even after the room was ‘tidied’ during the day, after having a shower before bed our feet were black just from walking from the shower to the bed, the floor clearly didn’t get cleaned or swept. Once you turn the shower on, there is a disgusting smell for a minute or so that lingers in the bathroom, not nice at all. I thought this was a 4 star establishment? - Do not be fooled by the advertising photos either, we were in a tiny bog standard room with zero character, which had 2 tidy skinny windows that looked straight out to a huge bush. Breakfast - One of if not the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had in my life. 900B (£20.76) for 2 people. Completely over priced for what we got at the buffet. Cold meat, stale waffles, soggy veg & pancakes. It was absolutely shocking, I wouldn’t even feed it to the stray cats that roam around the complex. The only nice thing was the water. This is a first for me as I’ve never left a review for any hotel or anything before so you can understand how bad our experience really was. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the WiFi, that being said, you don’t need a password to get onto it. But that just about sums this place up, zero security and sh*t. DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE

The hotel was a little basic, but the pools were nice and areas kept clean etc. A lot of mosquitoes in my room when I arrived, which wasn’t ideal. Staff were ok, not overly friendly, as I had experienced in other parts of Thailand. The part of the hotel I was in, there was no lift, so was about 3 flights of stairs. There weren’t any complimentary shampoos or body washes either, which I had hoped for as I had packed relatively lightly, as I was travelling. I wouldn’t rate this as a 4* resort, it is more like 3*.
