'We were happy overall with the accommodations. Check in was simple, the room was spacious and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen had all the necessities, there was a washer and dryer and they provided detergent. The bathrooms had a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Very nice to see/have.
I was a bit put off by the ants and spiders I killed in the room and the mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets.
Again overall great weekend get away.'

'훌륭한 위치, 찾기 쉽고 모든 것이 '광고된 대로'입니다. 방의 장식은 매우 좋았고 업데이트 된 것 같았습니다! 우리는 샤워 수압이 거의 없었지만 실제로 '샤워'하기에 충분했습니다. 나는 창 그늘이 무거운 의무가 되어 기쁩니다. 그것은 가능한 한 시원하게 무거운 태양을 차갑게 유지했습니다. 공기는 약간 시끄럽고 말 그대로 뜨겁거나 차갑습니다. 우리는 그것이 뜨겁지 않도록 선호하는 것보다 더 시원하게 유지했습니다. 그들이 우리 도착을 위해 시원하게 남겨둔 것은 큰 터치였습니다. 감사합니다. ! 수영장은 매력적으로 보였고 우리는 그것을 사용할 시간을 할애할 수 없었습니다. 우리는 가족 vaca 기회에 합류하기 위해 마지막 순간에 예약했습니다. 그들은 북쪽의 더 큰 집에 있었고 우리는 가능한 한 가까이 다가갔습니다. 훌륭한 옵션입니다. 우리는 돌아올거야!!'

Our cozy apartment has blessed family and friends for many years, but now we've opening it to new friends like you! We only use non-toxic cleaners and detergents (by Shaklee) and we provide Backpack Beach Chairs w/ built in coolers for your enjoyment, and a couple Beach Cruiser bikes too! (sorry, no pets please). We've been SO blessed with wonderful guests who seem very appreciative for our KHBB, our quiet neighborhood nearby wonderful Beach accesses, our central location for many OBX attractions, and all the amazing restaurants too! Oh, and you'll love strolling or biking down to see our stunning sunsets at nearby Windgrass Sound access....never gets old. This home is located in a small, private, very clean and very peaceful condominium community only a short 10 minute walk away from the nearest beach access to the beautiful Kitty Hawk beaches. The property is an end unit with a spacious side yard and back yard for outside games, other forms of enjoyment or just pure relaxation. As you walk inside the front door, you will find a compete kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, a dining area with a beautiful table and 6 chairs, a half bath, a compact washer and dryer and a very comfortable lounging area with a 55" TV ready to stream all of your favorite movies. Upstairs features two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two very comfortable twin beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with dressers that provide plenty of space for smaller folded items and very spacious closets for those items you prefer to hang. Both have bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fans, overhead lighting, additional seating and TV's fully equipped for streaming from any of your favorite apps. Between the two bedrooms is a full size private bath with a tub and shower and a linen closet fully stocked with towels, wash cloths, and linens. The closet at the base of the stairs is where you will find basic cleaning items such as a vacuum cleaner, broom and dust pan and a floor mop. With amenities like central AC, WiFi, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, washer and dryer, glass top cooking range, microwave and your choice of coffee by the cup (similar to Keurig) or coffee by the pot, your stay will be awesome and stress-free. The quaint charm of this property will make you feel right at home. This cottage belonged to my grandmother and I have many memories sitting around her red kitchen table. I hope you and your loved ones create fun and forever lasting memories around that same red kitchen table when you stay at The Birds and the Bees.
We love dogs and know that taking them along on vacation is a must sometimes. I allow one dog with a $75 non refundable charge .I sometimes make exceptions for an additional smaller dog, but please ask first . PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE PET FEE IN YOUR RESERVATIONS.
Our yard is not fenced but we have plenty of room to walk in the back yard . If they've played at the beach, I have provided special towels for your dog to dry them after they're rinsed off from the hose we provide on the deck. Please no dogs on the furniture and bed and PLEASE clean up after your dog in the yard.. Thank you for loving your doggies and we hope they have a great time too. Feel free to ask any questions about our policy.
