The large screened in porch is a great place to gather or sit to watch the birds play in the trees. The outdoor conversation pavilion has a wood burning stove for night time visits by firelight. The neighborhood has a playground and boat launch directly onto Lake Conroe, and the house is just minutes from Lake Conroe lakeside dining and shopping. Large rock driveway has space for several cars, boat- and even has RV hookups and space that can be rented for an extra charge.
