'The hotel benefits from a prime location, which is definitely its strongest point. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The rooms are very basic, furnished with old, minimalist pieces that feel worn and outdated. Basic amenities were lacking—there were no bath towels provided upon arrival, and they were only supplied the following day after I had to request them. Breakfast service was also disappointing. Even an hour after opening, and two until the end of service, there were no fruits or boiled eggs available, despite indications that these items had been offered earlier. The dining area was not well maintained, with dirty tables left uncleared. I Had to clean the table for use. It appeared that only one staff member was responsible for managing reception, restocking breakfast items, and cleaning tables, which significantly impacted the level of service. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel would benefit greatly from improvements in cleanliness, staffing, and basic guest amenities.'
