'Jasmine Pyramid Hotel에서의 정말 멋진 경험이었습니다!! 모든 직원은 Mahmoud, Merina, Ala'a 및 Passm뿐만 아니라 주방 직원인 수석 셰프와 Faris에게 정말 놀라웠습니다! 우와! 솔직히 말해서 모두가 그렇게 환영해주는 곳에 묵어 본 적이 없습니다. 무료 아침 식사는 만족스러웠습니다(라마단을 고려하면) 모든 것이 신선하고 좋았습니다. 거의 모든 것에 가깝고 기자의 대 피라미드에서 불과 900m 거리에 있으며 무료 공항 셔틀 서비스가 제공되어 숙박을 2일 더 연장했습니다. 경영진은 매우 전문적인 사람들과 함께 매우 윤리적인 방식으로 나를 위해 매일 투어를 조직했습니다. 'The hotel is located at a convenient location near the Giza pyramids. It is clean but has a very weak water pressure for shower and the water is not very hot so we had to have very cold shower.
The food at the restaurant is great for its value. But serving time for breakfast is very slow. Suggest that you go extra early for breakfast if you are in a rush to go out for sightseeing.'

'The hotel is very close to the Giza Pyramids which is a nice tradeoff for it being somewhat distant from Cairo Central. Everyone on the staff is extremely nice and helpful, and they'll take care of any request you might have with a smile 😊 I haven't had the pleasure of such a friendly staff in my travels so I would definitely recommend this hotel if staff attitude and hospitality is a must for you!'

ZZia SThis was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful.
The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room)
The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too.
The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness.
I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people.
The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask.
The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather.
Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new.
Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all.
The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

리리뷰어위치가 좋고, 호텔은 건물의 5층에 있으며, 외부에 1ogo가 없고, 객실은 단순하고 깨끗합니다. 하지만 카이로의 다른 5성급 호텔과 비슷합니다. 킨샤사 피라미드와 매우 가깝습니다. 아침 7시 30분에 택시를 잡을 수 없었습니다. 걸어서 갈 수 있는 매우 가까운 거리입니다. 전망 객실에서 피라미드를 볼 수 있습니다. 호텔의 이집트인은 매우 친절하고, 가장 중요한 것은 그가 중국어를 할 수 있다는 것입니다. 피라미드를 보고 싶다면 비용 효율적입니다.

익익명 사용자Maria Pyramids House is an excellent small hotel right at the northern edge of the Pyramids. The staff, especially Mohammed, was very helpful and accommodating, and we had romantic private breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop while overlooking the pyramids! The room was very nicely furnished, with a small fridge and big bathroom. The only complaint was that the shower lacked water pressure and wasn't particularly hot. Right in front of the hotel and up the hill is the entrance to the Pyramids. Excellent location! Overall, I highly recommend Maria Pyramids House.

VViviVillaI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was amazing—beautifully served, and you could really see the dedication put into it. The entire hotel was spotless, and when I turned on the shower, I could smell the bleach, which reassured me of the high level of cleanliness. It’s also a very quiet place, perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts is the convenience of having a mini fridge in the room and a Carrefour right next door. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cairo!

JJIHOON체크인하는데 뭔가 느낌 안 좋음.
예약한 우리방을 다른사람한테 넘긴 건지 우리 방이 없어져서 침대 1개인 낮은 등급의 방으로 주면서 업그레이드로 피라미드뷰인 창을 주었다고 생색
밤 1시 늦은 체크인에 피라미드뷰는 필요없는데 보상인척
3일 묵어야 하는데 하루만 묵으면 방을 옮겨준다나
이런 상황에 대한 설명도 없고 당당...
침대 한개인 방에서 자느라 잠도 설치고 다음날 차액 환불요구해서 겨우 받았음
요구 안하면 안 주려고 했는지 ㅜ
다음 날 방의 상태는 좋았으나
마지막날은 아침 비행기 시간이 라 식당오픈런했는데도 음식만 30분 동안 기다리다 그냥 나왔음.
물어보면 지금 나온다 말만 하고 중간에는 다른 팀에게 새치기당하기까지 해서 기분이 상해버림.
첫날은 호텔이 인정한 실수로 방도 바뀌고 마지막날은 조식도 못 먹고 나오게 만드는 최악의 호텔이었음
이집트에서 많은 걸 겪었지만 ***어 웨스트 호텔 서비스가 최악임.
한국인분들 오지 마세요.
이집트의 호객행위조차도 여행의 경험이라 생각하고 돌아가려는 마음이었는데 호텔서비스가 최악최악임.
침대도 축축한 느낌, 룸청결도 눈에 보이는 곳만 청소를 했는지 구석구석 쌓인 먼지보면 놀랍지도 않음. 여행에서 이 모든 것 다 참을 수 있다 쳐도 첫날과 마지막 호텔서비스는 너무 엉망이라 이집트 여행은 영상으로만 하세요라는 여행 댓글에 핵공감되네요.
조식 맛있다는 리뷰 있어서 선택한 호텔인데 그리 맛있다는 느낌은 못 받았으니 참고하세요.
참고로 중국인 투숙객 많고 클레임 소리가 하루에 한번은 나는 호텔입니다.
I had a really bad feeling from the moment I checked in.
It seemed like they'd given our booked room to someone else, and since our room was gone, they gave us a lower-grade room with only one bed, saying it was an upgrade because it had a pyramid view.
At 1 AM, a late check-in, I didn't need a pyramid view, but they acted like it was compensation.
They said they'd move us to a different room after one night, even though we were supposed to stay for three.
There was no explanation for this situation, and they were very arrogant.
I couldn't sleep well in the room with only one bed, and I had to demand a refund for the difference the next day.
I feel like they wouldn't have given me the refund if I hadn't asked.
The next day, the room was fine, but
on the last day, since I had an early morning flight, I went to the restaurant as soon as it opened, but I just ended up waiting for food and leaving after 30 minutes.
Every time I asked, they just said it would be out soon, and even worse, another group cut in line, which made me really upset.
On the first day, they changed our room due to the hotel's mistake, and on the last day, we couldn't even eat breakfast and had to leave. It was the worst hotel.
I experienced a lot in Egypt, but the service at Spire West Hotel was the worst.
I was willing to accept all the backward culture of Egypt as part of the travel experience, but the hotel service was the absolute worst.
The bed felt damp, and it seemed like they only cleaned the visible parts of the room. The dust accumulated in every corner was shocking. Even if I could tolerate all of this while traveling, the hotel service on the first and last days was so terrible that I completely agree with the travel comment that says, ”Just watch Egypt through videos.”
I chose this hotel because of the reviews saying the breakfast was delicious, but I didn't feel that way, so please be aware of that.
For your reference, there are many Chinese guests, and you can hear a complaint at least once a day at this hotel.

JJamminontha1The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop.
There are only a couple of cons:
1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills
2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere
3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes.
4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause.
5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious
Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.
