Situated on the corner of 5th and Center Streets in Jerome AZ, the Zamar House was built in 1902 during the heyday of the United Verde Mine. A Zamar family member lived in the house continuously until the late 1980's. The house has been extensively restored to reflect its historic integrity and character. The upstairs level offers one bedroom with a luxurious queen mattress and bedding, a sleeping porch with a twin daybed and bedding, a bathroom with full size shower, full gourmet kitchen, living room and dining room. The upstairs also includes a Smart TV with Apple TV access. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, pots, pans and drinkware. There is a coffee maker. There is also a Dualit toaster. Stairs from the property's parking area provide direct access to the grounds and all entrances to the house.
