A Zamar family member lived in the house continuously until the late 1980's. The house has been extensively restored to reflect its historic integrity and character. The upstairs level offers one bedroom with a luxurious queen mattress and bedding, a sleeping porch with a twin daybed and bedding, a bathroom with full size shower, full gourmet kitchen, living room and dining room.
