Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows: • Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater. • 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater. • More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate. To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. Light Rail: You can take the light rail to the airport or Downtown Seattle. The Rainer Beach Station is an 8 minutes drive. Airport: Depending on demand pricing, we often take either Yellow Cab or Uber to the airport. It takes less than a half hour and should cost you roughly $25.00 plus tip. ► We can accommodate up to 10 guests but we think the house is more comfortable for 6 guests. ► Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way. ► Please comply with all the hot tub rules posted on-site near the tub. ► Please no excessive noise, music or rowdy behavior that might disturb the neighbors, especially when using the hot tub and the outdoor area. ► The alley leading to our 2 onsite parking spaces is unpaved and bumpy which can be challenging for low clearance vehicles to navigate. ► Instant hot water dispenser can "spit" if opened full blast so keep children away from it. ► Depending on weather, the outdoor solar lit pathways can be dark later on at night. Please be careful. ► In cold/icy weather nearby side street can get thick ice. 64th Ave S however is plowed and/or de-iced for a good alternative parking are for the couple days a year this kind of weather is an issue.
