'The stay here was in perfect location to the wharf and the Salamanca Market. I did have some privacy concerns with the studio apartment such as being able to see into the bedroom from the shared balcony as well as the frosted bathroom window.'

'Not bad hotel. But there were no tea bags, no milk. Cutlery looks extremely poor. All was from different set, some from hiking set. Also a lot of dust on the bathroom lights. To fix these problems will cost almost nothing, but it will improve the impression. And the final problem is parking. If you return late, there will be no parking place for you.'

'The decor was dated and could do with refreshing...ie curtains, carpet. The fixed heater did not work but there was a portable one that did. The door handle needs to be made more secure. The heater switch above the bathroom door needs to be tidied up. There was no soap in dispenser above the bath but filled to when asked. The pillows provided and spares were all too big for us. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious which was good. There was plenty of hanging space and drawers to use. Tv and fridge worked well. The parking spaces were a bit too narrow imo. Despite my pointers I would still recommend The Mayfair if the price is competitive.'
