Amazing spot we love to come to every year. Clean, friendly and everything you need is there. Private beach and pool access for families is a must.

A beautiful, clean hotel with a great overall atmosphere. The breakfasts were very good, and the location is convenient — just a short distance to the beach.

객실은 크고 가구가 잘 갖추어져 있으며 편안했습니다. 아침에는 아침 식사와 오후에는 칵테일을 주문할 수 있도록 무료로 요리됩니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이 되고 친절하며 정중했습니다. 항상 웃고 있었습니다. 길 건너 해변으로 걸어가거나 먹거나 쇼핑을 하십시오. 음식은 맛있었습니다. 우리는 그것을 좋아했습니다. . 우리는 돌아갈 것이다.

The air did not work in one of our rooms and the hallways were warm.  There was no air in the gym which made the odor and cleanliness so much worse.  The shower amenities did not work in our shower and no extra toilet paper in the room.  The restroom by the lobby was not cleaned with tp and sanitary napkins on the floor of one stall.  There was no soap or sanitizer in that restroom as well.  The beds and room were clean and comfortable.  The location was close to shopping and food but a pain to get in and out of due to traffic and having to make u-turn to reach hotel from east end where shopping mostly is.

Check-in was ridiculous. Somehow payment wasn't processed at check-in. Made trip back to desk in another building to resubmit payment. Once back at room door key didn't work. Had to go back to the desk in other building to get key reauthorized. This took the first two hours of vacation time and missed dinner with friends. Could not get anyone on the phone at front desk at any time. Building Ice maker didn't work. Staff said go to other building for ice. Worst vacation stay in last 20 years of travel.
