Our newly renovated house is comfortable and well stocked with kitchen and living supplies. The beach just received an extensive renourishment project, in the Spring of 2020, providing ample beach in front of Queens Grant. The pool and hot tub are seasonal. It is open from dawn until dusk (6am-8:30). For the 2026 season it is open from April 15, 2026 - October 30, 2026. When staying at Queens Grant, you are within walking distance (1.5 miles) of several great seafood restaurants, Lewis’s Seafood Shack food truck, Lewis’s Seafood Market, Godwins Market, a bakery, an ice cream shop, a skating rink, Quarter Moon book store/wine bar (that features live music), and local shopping.The condo has an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen.
