This is a 2500 square foot home that comfortably sleeps 12 people but is not too big for a smaller group. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, both spacious and updated. There is a fully equipped, open concept kitchen, great for cooking and entertaining. There are plenty of board games and card games for a quiet, relaxing night. Enjoy a glass of wine on the front deck or in the cozy sunroom. There is also a television and Wi-Fi access. Mount Sunapee is less than 25 minutes away with year-round activities, including zip lining, mini golf, craft fairs, movie theater and many more activities and events. Also within 15 minutes are multiple golf courses. Claremont, Newport and Keene are all nearby between 10 to 25 minutes away as well. Winter activities include skiing, ice skating, snow shoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, etc. The skiing is excellent at nearby Mount Sunapee.
