We are accepting reservations for the 2026 Cooperstown Dreamspark camp schedule! Enjoy the exclusive use of the ground level of our home, which includes two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room. When you rent with us, you will be the only guests in this private rental. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit. Although there is not a full kitchen, there is a new kitchen sink with counter top, a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, toaster oven, hot water pot, Keurig and auto drip coffee maker. There are dishes (large and small plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and wineglasses) and flatware. Also provided is a gas grill. There is cell service, free high speed Internet WiFi and a flat screen TV connected to the Dish network. The rental includes a large front porch for relaxing, and the property includes many flower beds. Our 65 acres includes walking trails, a pond, two streams and is bordered by 1,250 acres of New York State forest. Previous renters enjoy relaxing at the rental and/or walking through the trails through the woods that are right outside your door. We are conveniently located for quick access to the Village of Cooperstown, Cooperstown Dreams Park and a direct drive to Cooperstown All Star Village.
