The view of the water is the same whether you sit at the dining table looking through a sliding glass door, on the porch or around the stone fire pit. The newly renovated cottage has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and family room. The porch with an outside dining area is located directly off of the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with many amenities including a microwave, blender and an air fryer and is fully stocked with pots and pans. There are two newly decorated bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and the other has twin beds. In the family room there is a queen sofa bed. A full size washer and dryer are available if you need to wash during your stay. Jeff and Nodie's Place has WI-FI and Cable TV.There are a few charcoal grills as well as a gas grill for your outside grilling pleasure. An outside sink with hot and cold water is available as well.There is a private pier for your use with anchors for a boat and water toys. There is a NC Wildlife Boat Access Ramp less than a mile away. The cottage is located directly to the left as you leave the boat access area.
