리리뷰어I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

리리뷰어친절한 직원들이 있는 중심부에 위치한 놀라운 호텔(지하철 그린 라인과 연결됨). 아침 식사는 다양하고 선택할 수 있는 옵션이 많아 환상적이었습니다. 직원들은 우리가 머무는 동안 결혼 기념일을 축하했기 때문에 케이크로 특별한 준비를 했습니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔에 직원이 부족한 것 같다는 것입니다. 특히 체크인 및 체크아웃 시간에 피크 타임에 눈에 띄게 나타납니다.

내가 도착한 순간부터 우뚝 솟은 비나무가 있는 호텔의 무성하고 수상 경력에 빛나는 정원은 도시의 번잡함에서 상쾌한 탈출을 제공했습니다. 방은 평면 TV, 객실 내 맞춤화를 위한 iPad, 내 체류에 사치를 더한 아유르베다 세면도구와 같은 현대적인 편의 시설을 갖춘 편안함과 우아함의 성역이었습니다.
눈에 띄는 특징 중 하나는 완벽한 서비스였습니다. 개인 집사는 세심하면서도 눈에 거슬리지 않아 모든 요구 사항이 우아하고 효율적으로 충족되도록 했습니다. 식사 옵션은 모든 미각을 충족시키는 다양한 요리와 함께 똑같이 인상적이었습니다. 호화로운 인도 요리든 맛있는 이탈리아 요리든 모든 식사는 요리의 즐거움이었습니다.
스파와 웰빙 시설은 바쁜 하루를 위한 완벽한 해독제였으며 젊어지는 느낌을 주는 다양한 트리트먼트를 제공했습니다. 또한 풍력 에너지와 EV 충전소를 사용하여 환경에 대한 헌신을 강조하는 지속 가능성에 대한 호텔의 헌신에 감사했습니다.
전반적으로 Oberoi Bengaluru는 현대적인 럭셔리와 시대를 초월한 우아함을 원활하게 결합한 잊지 못할 경험을 제공했습니다. 갈루루에서 기억에 남고 관대한 숙박을 원하는 사람에게 적극 추천합니다.

리리뷰어We had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

리리뷰어The hotel staff was prompt to look into my requirements of late check in and airport and within the city transfers. They were prompt in offering me a good room. The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it.
