A double wide trailer home located 1mile from 76 & DQ in the town of Goldendale, sets on 10 acre lot with pond. We have 5 koi fish in here, no fishing, no swimming is allowed. No skating during winter month where pond is icy and sleek. Golf cart temporarily unavailable. 3 bedrooms, has 2 queen bed and 1 full bed. Has 2 bathrooms. Entire kitchen is functional, spices, oven, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave etc. Bar height dining table and chairs seats six people.Laundry washer and dryer could also be use, ironing board also available. TV along with the office table and another TV in the leaving room with couch and love seat with other 2 recliners (No sleeping in any of the furniture please). Guests love the remote, woodsy space despite being only 3 miles from White Salmon. Our .5 mile rural gravel road leads to the dog-friendly studio apartment over the garage with a clear-day view of Mt. Hood from the comfortable king-size bed. You’ll have kitchen, bathroom, and patio with access to trails. We live in the main house next door with our big, friendly 6 year old dog Wilson. ALL are welcome!We are very dog friendly. Please let us know if your dog does not get along well with others or if you have any special needs or concerns. We have garden and five forested acres that connect to miles of trails. Things to note: our water is from our well and can smell sulfurous at times, but is perfectly safe, and we have a filtered drinking water spigot in the kitchen.We are currently building two tiny homes on the property but will not work on them much while people are staying. We sometimes have guests in our yurt and we often work outside.
