I have a newly remodeled rental house with a view of the lake. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and tv in each . A loft with 2 single beds ,one with a trundle. A pull out couch and a small roll away!!! There is a free public boat launch a block away. If you like kayaking I have the perfect spot. There is a small beach a block away and Caseville beach 10 miles away. Our Cottage, located in a quiet neighborhood, is a short walk or bike ride from beach access and two miles from the heart of Caseville. Enjoy your day at the beach and evenings around the bonfire in our spacious yard shaded by giant Oak and Maple trees. Our additional outdoor amenities include a large picnic table, patio chairs, and even a sandbox for young children to enjoy. Welcome fishermen, hunters, and kayakers! Fully furnished Mobile home located directly across the street from Grindstone Harbor boat launch on Lake Huron. This rental is a work in progress. Many updates inside and out including central air . We do have 4 unadvertised RV sites on the same property, 2 are full time seasonal sites. We have a quarry that we have been working on to clean up and deepen, so there might also be an excavator on site and I never know when he'll be there, he's a super nice guy but his equipment is loud, he is not there all the time. There's a nice patio with chairs overlooking the quarry to enjoy and relax. Please please please keep an eye on your kids! Lots of water around you here.. There's 1 large community fire pit or a small more portable one if you'd rather be more by yourself. Just bring your personal items and you'll be ready to start your vacation. Includes cable/Xfinity streaming box, (please bring your own passwords for the different streaming sites), and internet. Sheets and towels. Sleeps 4 comfortably, (but does include a full size pull out sofa and a regular couch), 1 queen, and 1 full sized bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with full sized fridge, range, microwave. Pots n pans, dinnerware, towels, storage bowls etc. (Minus a vegetable peeler, I'm told lol.) You may have to bring your own plastic wrap and bags, foil or whatever favorite items you may need to make your stay more comfortable. We have a couple charcoal grills on the property for your use.Pet friendly, (with restrictions).
