수영장 시설을 갖춘 영국 체셔 호텔

나는 Tytherington에서 여자 친구와 잘 지냈습니다. 우리가 불행했던 유일한 것은 음식이었습니다. 음식을 받는 데 약 1시간이 걸렸고 주방 폐쇄 시간에 대한 다른 정보도 들었습니다. 아마도 우리는 정시에 주문을 할 수 있었지만 우리 이후에 서빙 된 누군가는 할 수 없었습니다. 우리가 방문한 날 주방 직원이 부족하거나 다른 문제가 있었던 것 같았습니다. 카운터 뒤의 직원은 경험이 없어 보였고 이미 할 일이 너무 많고 도움을 줄 수 없었지만 무엇을 해야할지 아는 사람은 1-2명뿐이었습니다. 그들의 정원에서 바라보는 전망은 골프 경기장 너머로 훌륭했습니다.

더 많은 음식 선택이 필요합니다. 손님이 휴식을 취하거나 일하거나 늦게 잠을 자면서 문이나 라디에이터에 대한 유지 보수 IE 변경 또는 수리를 수행해서는 안됩니다. 2 번의 경우 유지 보수 직원이 몇 시간 동안 내 체류를 망쳐 버렸습니다. 매우 시끄러운.

아름다운 호텔, 친절한 직원, 좋은 서비스. 음식은 좋았습니다.

Stopped over for one night… service on reception was friendly and quick, room was cleaned to a high standard and was furnished very nicely, service at the bar was lovely, breakfast absolutely delicious… second time staying at this hotel and I will definitely be back again !

가장자리가 거칠지만 다양한 시설과 친절한 직원을 갖추고 있으며 공항 바로 옆에 있는 오래된 호텔입니다. 비수기 날짜여서 무료 주차권을 주셨는데 정말 좋았습니다. TV/책상 주변의 먼지와 음식 잔여물로 인해 청결도가 좋지 않았지만 침대는 흠잡을 데가 없었습니다.

Anniversary away break. Location on edge of Chester close to motorway. Nice grounds, busy carpark and popular venue for parties and business guests. Carpet on second floor dirty and smells. Sink kept blocking because plug holes full of scum. Toilet seat incorrect size and not secured properly. Bed comfortable, nice towels tea and instant coffee and bottles of water in room. Breakfast nice selection BUT no fresh decaffeinated coffee only instant granules yuk!!! Nothing worse than awful coffee!!! With so many decent decaffeinated options available and customers not drinking caffeine this is totally unacceptable.

Room smelled of vomit and the curtains were torn informed staff they did seemed attentive but we were not offered a room change Hotel is contracted to workmen working on the motorway also lots of couples with dogs in the room In my opinion the cleanliness has declined in this hotel

Lovely hotel with nice big clean rooms. A few issues though - you really need a car to get here as it's a bit far out from the city centre. In my room there was a room service menu and a number to dial for room service, but no phone. The food and drink was ok. During my stay there was only 1 person on the bar and service was a little slow. I ordered a soft drink and it was a bit flat, definitely not worth the £4 they charged for it. Because of staff shortages the dining room was filled with tables that needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was also a bit of a disaster. They charge £15 for it but definitely not worth it. There's a self serve hot buffet which was fine, nothing exceptional. There was no coffee available, just tea bags and hot water. Also there were no plates available at the continental station - really missing attention to detail when there were quite a few staff members present.
