This 4-bedroom villa is the right-hand side of this duplex Manatee. It is located next to the boat ramp on the Canal of the Marina. If you bring a boat (we can accommodate boats up to 27 ft and for this villa, we even can go up a bit more), you can rent a boat slip. As you walk up to the front door you will notice a nice seating area on the front porch, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Once inside you will see the dining room area and a small bar. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room is a cozy space for you to relax. You will find the Master bedroom on the first floor, it has a King and its own TV, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a double vanity. On the back porch you will also find a small seating area. A great place to enjoy your evening drink and watch the boats come in. You will also find the gas BBQ on the back porch.
