Quiet Hours: Observed between the hours of 10pm to 8am (this means no outside activity after 10pm and before 8am). There shall be none of the following at any time: outdoor music (or audio of any kind), profanity, smoking/vaping/alcohol use that can been seen by any neighboring property (this is per the city ordinance). (Details of these city ordinance rules are posted as you enter the home.)4) Hot Tub: Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
