Come enjoy sunny Florida in this brand new, beautiful home. House was just completed in August of 2022. Oversized family room with vaulted ceiling. 3 Bedrooms plus a den. 3 car garage. Home is situated on a lot overlooking trees and open space. Located in the gated Timber Creek development. Community amenities will include pool, restaurant, fitness center and basketball courts (amenities are still under construction and set to open early 2023). Close to shopping, dining (Gulf Coast Town Center), beaches, FGCU and much more!
