You cannot assign or gift the reservation.There is a $25.00 per dog/per stay fee, We do this to make sure our cleaning crew takes the extra time to make sure your dog has a safe clean and hygienic place to sniff, lick, lay , sit and stay! No personal gas grills or cookers-shall be brought onto property. No coolers brought inside the cabin. Please leave all coolers outside on the back deck. Do not bring coolers into the cabin or on front steps. Coolers are causing damage to concrete steps and damage inside the cabin.No processing of animals or fish on property. Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am. This is a family neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors. No parties or loud music. No inside or outside smoking this includes marijuana. Garage not included in rental. Firewood is not provided. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bath. The lower level has one bedroom with a bunk bed with trundle. The other lower level bedroom has a full size bed. A second full bath is also on the lower level as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer. Access the covered back deck from the lower level.
