It has a whole water filter, air purification, use of full kitchen, laundry room with a washer and dryer, office space, The outdoor space includes a gas fire pit, corn hole, horse shoes, 9-hole disc golf course, and if interested, there is a Recreation Center 1 block from the house that has a full pool and gym.
