주차장 시설을 갖춘 핀란드 라플란드 호텔

Fantastic stay, complimentary airport pick up and drop off was valuable. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to help. The igloo was nice and cosy though a bit small.

로바니에미 시내 중심가에 위치한 이 호텔은 산타클로스 마을로 가는 버스 정류장과 케미 강 근처에 있어 강변 산책을 즐기기에 완벽합니다. 밤에는 객실 창문에서 오로라를 감상할 수도 있습니다. 호텔 서비스는 훌륭했고 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 객실은 스칸디나비아 호텔치고는 꽤 넓었고, 비수기 가격 대비 만족도가 높았습니다. 호텔 조식도 맛있었는데, 특히 직접 구워 먹을 수 있는 와플이 인상적이었습니다. 😂 다만 열에 주의하세요. 저는 첫 번째 와플을 태웠습니다.

아침밥이 호화롭고 매우 맛있었습니다. 호수를 임하는 로케이션은 무민의 세계에 들어간 것 같아 산책하는 것만으로도 즐겁다. 불행히도 오로라를 볼 수 없었지만 유리 천장에서 보는 하늘은 흐린 하늘에서도 아름답고, 할 수 있다면이 하늘을 보기 위해서만 연박하고 싶었다. 호수에 뛰어든 사우나 체험은 매우 만족도가 높다. 직전의 메일에도 불구하고 예약을 해 주신 아푸카 팀에게 감사합니다. 영어가 어우러져, 스탭을 혼란시켜 죄송하게 생각하면서도, 정말로 즐거운 체재였습니다.

우리는 Pyhalinna에 머물렀고 전반적으로 아파트 자체가 괜찮은 것으로 나타났습니다. 장치 내부의 시설은 매우 완벽하고 편리했습니다. 그러나 청결은 실망 스러웠습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 침대 시트가 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 재미있는 (그리고 약간 실망스러운) 부분은 우리가 그것을보고 한 후 누군가가 방을 가벼운 청소하러 왔지만 (이전에 중간 청소에 추가 요금이 필요하다고 들었지만) 시트는 여전히 변경되지 않았습니다. 숙소는 스키 인/스키 아웃이며 ”가족 슬로프” 옆에 있지만 개선이 필요한 부분이 많이 있습니다. 우선 차가 없는 초보자에게는 기지까지 걸어서 30분 정도 소요되며 장비를 대여할 수 있으며(경험이 있는 사람은 산에 있는 가게를 이용할 수 있음) 경로가 상당히 안전하지 않습니다. 솔직히 이것만으로도 별점 1점 정도 리뷰를 하게 되었습니다. 둘째, 소위 가족 슬로프는 완전히 열리지 않았고 상부 구간은 놀라울 정도로 가파르다. 확실히 가족 친화적 인 달리기를 기대했던 것이 아닙니다. 렌탈 장비 반납도 불편했습니다. 산에 있는 가게는 반품을 받지 않기 때문에 바닥까지 스키를 타야 합니다. 장비를 반납한 후 스키 순찰관 Markus가 친절하게 우리를 호텔로 다시 데려다 주겠다고 제안한 것은 매우 운이 좋았습니다. 우리는 그의 도움에 정말 감사했습니다. 그가 없었다면 길고 어려운 또 다른 산책이었을 것입니다. 개선해야 할 실용적인 문제가 많이 있습니다. 리조트가 더 확립된 스키 목적지에서 배우고 더 안전하고 초보자 친화적인 경험을 만들 수 있기를 진심으로 바랍니다. 직원과의 긍정적인 상호 작용이 우리가 이 장소에 별 1개를 주지 않은 주된 이유였습니다. 다른 문제에도 불구하고 그들은 진정으로 변화를 가져왔습니다. 조니 코치, 피터, 마르쿠스, 조나단 및 다른 직원들에게 정말 감사합니다. 이름을 알지 못했습니다.

호텔 환경은 정말 아름답고, 조식과 석식에 대한 다른 리뷰들처럼 부정적이지 않다고 생각해요. 매일 메뉴가 조금씩 다르고, 맛은 평범해서 방에 가서 컵라면을 끓여 먹어야 할 정도는 아니었습니다. 호텔 환경은 의도적으로 조명을 매우 어둡게 해서 밤하늘의 별과 오로라를 아주 쉽게 볼 수 있도록 해 놓았는데, 저는 이틀 밤 머물면서 두 번 모두 오로라를 볼 수 있었어요. 정말 낭만적이고 아름다웠습니다. 하지만 호텔의 엔터테인먼트 활동은 가격이 너무 비쌌고, 9월에는 호텔 내에 순록과 허스키가 없었습니다. 사우나와 온천은 100유로였는데, 정말 너무 비쌌어요. 그리고 방 위치가 좀 좁았고, 방으로 들어가는 문틀의 높이 제한에 주의해야 해요. 제 남자친구는 세 번이나 머리를 부딪혔습니다. 😂😂

가을의 산타클로스 홀리데이 빌리지… 공기 중에 은은하고 따뜻한 마법이 감돌았다. 작은 카페에서 풍기는 계피 향과 마른 나뭇잎 냄새가 뒤섞였다. 크리스마스가 몇 달 남았는데도 여전히 산타를 기다리는 아이들의 웃음소리. 붉은 목조 가옥들을 천천히 지나쳐 걸으며, 등을 기대고 부드러운 겨울바람에 따뜻한 코코아를 마시며 나 자신에게 엽서를 썼다. ”선을 믿는 것을 절대 잊지 마라.” 이곳은 마법이 겨울에만 존재하는 것이 아니라, 세상의 온기를 느낄 때마다 우리 마음속에도 존재한다는 것을 다시 한번 믿게 해 주었다. ❤️🍂

自助式早餐，款式多樣化，有我至愛的三文魚、茄汁豆和麥皮，還有1枱自助制華夫餅(waffles)機，讓住客自己做華夫餅🧇，熱辣辣，非常好味！酒店在River Juutua河側邊，在餐廳和房間都可以看到河邊美景，一流享受！前枱服務員都樂意為我們解答問題，個別還笑容滿面！酒店餐廳(Aanaar)的服務員和食物都達到5星級酒店的水平。上菜時會講解每個菜，它的主菜、配菜和汁是什麼東西！最可惜溫氣機沒有溫氣出，好彩天氣不是太冷。浴室裏面有乾衣用的熱管，濕衣服好快就乾晒！

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

It was an experience out of the world during our stay here. We arrived early wanting to drop our bags but they allowed us to check in early anyway as our room was ready. The cabin itself was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom floor was heated which was nice. We got to even see the northern lights from our bed even though it only lasted for less than a minute. One thing to note is cabins are located quite near to one another and with the glass panels, you don't get total privacy. Make sure to request for a cabin off the stretch of main road to have more privacy. We had breakfast and dinner here. Options were quite limited but understandable given the location. All dishes were labelled clearly, and we had no issues as vegetarians. We even saw some neighbourhood squirrels enjoying their breakfast. The place is very modern and managed commercially as a business, with everything extra requiring extra charges (you may even pay for staff to pick up your bags from your cabin to the main reception, which is a 2-5 min walk affair). Despite this, we think it's still worth trying out for a night to have something that's different.

Awesome service, the front counter guy is really nice and patient to help us in any quires. The room is clean with nice sea view. Feeling quite well to see the sky stars when lying down on the bed in the night and the morning sky is super beautiful. Plus, the hotel price includes free tickets for experience 365, we enjoyed a lot there. .
