Couples, small groups of friends, and families who want to slow down, go to the beach and the park, and relax in this walk-able small town should feel right at home.Each side has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths - they are similar bot not identical. The atmosphere is sunny coastal with style-conscious kitchen and baths. The property has a fenced-in small yard with deck with table and 4 chairs, upscale grill, outdoor shower, and some beach gear for your convenience.Our property is conveniently located at the crossroads of Cape Charles - an easy walk to "downtown", the beach, and across the street from Central Park. The duplex has a covered porch to enjoy your coffee in the morning overlooking the park and a back deck with table/chairs, umbrella and new gas grill, overlooking the fenced-in back yard with outdoor shower. The kitchen is newly equipped with upscale dishes and serving pieces if you like to entertain, Keurig coffee maker, electric and stovetop teapots. The area promotes eco-tourism opportunities, including kayaking (even kayak/wine-tasting trips to a local winery), fishing off the town pier, hiking, and birding. You can rent jet skis at the harbor, bicycles, and golf carts.
