'Excellent location at the heart of downtown. However it’s a bit dated. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby all within walking distance. Will stay again if visit anchorage again.'

'The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s modern and it has its own unique design. The only problem was the fact that I had to walk so far to get to the room, as I needed to walk across 3 hallways to the end of the hotel.'

'Great room and great location, the only thing is that on the first day we are here, they refused to provided breakfast even that we clearly have breakfast included for our reservation, and this lady server at the dining area has a very bad attitude. But the manager gets back to us and offered compensation the next day so we were satisfied overall.'

'I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!'
