Negative points • Although I booked a twin room, they told there were none available. The first room they showed me on the second floor was extremely noisy due to loud music and vibrations from the restaurant and event space. The next room they offered faced the road, but the wall was not soundproof and the outside noise was very disturbing. • When I tried to speak with the manager, there was no manager available on Sundays. If the manager is off, there should be someone acting on their behalf. • The restaurant had many flies. There were both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs, but even the “hard-boiled” ones were half-cooked inside. When I asked for a properly hard-boiled egg, one of the kitchen staff gave me an unpleasant look, and even after asking, the egg was still undercooked (photo). The male kitchen staff were unfriendly, and it was impossible to order any egg dishes comfortably. • The corridor lights turn off automatically, making it pitch dark and creepy. 제가 투숙하는 동안 객실 청소가 되어 있지 않았고, 일부 세면도구도 빠져 있었습니다. 치약 세트 같은 물품을 받으려면 프런트에 여러 번 연락해야 했습니다. 저는 조식을 예약하지 않았고 호텔에서 조식 요금을 지불했는데도 불구하고, 식사 중에 직원들이 와서 미납금이 있다고 알려왔습니다. 프런트 직원과 서비스 제공 업체 간에 소통이 제대로 이루어지지 않는 것 같아 매우 불쾌하고 당황스러웠습니다. 제가 아침 식사를 하고 돈을 내지 않을 리가 있겠습니까? 정말 어이가 없네요 😒

I had such a wonderful stay at the hotel! 😊 It’s super clean and in a perfect location. The only little downside was that breakfast isn’t included for standard rooms over $100. Other than that, I absolutely loved it! The restaurant and bar deserves ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home instantly, good breakfast thanks to the chef, the location is perfect and i love the view from the hotel looking towards the golf course.

Great Hotel close to the Central Kigali district with easy commute into the car free zone. Food & Drink is very reasonable price and of good quality. Swimming pool unfortunately is in the shade from the afternoon but still a pleasant area to sit around and enjoy a sundowner. Great Barista Coffee, steak dinner is highly recommended. Afternoon Buffet is reasonable and has a fantastic choice of good quality foods, deserts & fruits

The Nature Kigali was the most beautiful experience. Strategically located, delicious breakfast, warm and friendly, amazing, accommodating staff. The owner Hugh is very friendly. We felt like we were at home away from home. Great value for money. The food is so popular that is well frequented. There are stores in walking distance.....What can I say..I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in spick and span budget hotel. I would do it again!

I had a great stay at Royal Crown Hotel. The hotel was clean, the room was a nice size, and it had a comfortable setup. I appreciated the smart TV and the overall feel of the room. The airport pickup service was convenient and cost $30. Breakfast was included and had fresh fruit, a plain omelette, and potatoes that were really good. The only issue I had was that the balcony doors would not lock, which was something that should be addressed for guests’ safety and peace of mind. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good amenities and helpful service.
