'환경은 좋았어요. 호텔 안에 수영장이 두 개 있는데, 하나는 1층에 있고 다른 하나는 6층에 있어요. 호텔 바로 앞에 해변이 있어서 가족이나 커플이 오기에도 정말 좋고, 여유롭게 즐길 수 있습니다. 하지만 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 호텔 프런트 직원들의 태도가 불친절했다는 거예요. 수빅 사람들이 원래 다 그런 건지, 질문을 해도 마지못해 대답해주고, 대답도 대충 하는 느낌이었어요. 게다가 지하 주차장은 주차도 엉망이고 질서도 없었어요.'

'저는 아이와 함께 3박 동안 해변가 객실을 이용했습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었어요. 해변 접근성이 좋고, 객실도 넓고, 인터넷도 빨랐습니다. 조식은 포함되어 있지 않아서 추가 요금을 내야 합니다. 저는 대중교통을 이용했는데, 지프니를 타고 큰길로 나와 걸어가거나, 시내에서 트라이시클을 타면 약 250페소 정도에 도착할 수 있습니다. 분위기도 좋았고, 직원들도 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었으며, 보안 요원도 상주하고 있었습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 근처에 식당이 많지 않아서 식사 선택지가 다소 제한적이라는 것입니다. '

'돈을 위해 우수한 가치. '커플 룸'은 기본적이고 가장자리가 약간 지저분하지만 그것이 너무 저렴한 이유라고 생각합니다. 수영장은 실제 수영이 아닌 수영을하기에 충분합니다. 친절한 도움이되는 직원. 해변의 주요 번잡함에서 조금 떨어져 있어 나무가 더 많고 노래방이 적고 불타는 쓰레기 더미가 적습니다. Google 지도를 따라 길을 잃으면 작은 나무 다리를 건너 발리 리조트 방향으로 계속 이동하여 왼쪽 차선을 따라가십시오.'

'The staff are so friendly and the place are clean. The shower is a bit cold. But overall service and place is awesome. We appreciate that they allow us to have early checkin around 11am instead of the 2pm in the guidelines. Thank you. We will be coming back soon. The only inconvenience that we have is that we thought we have free breakfast because it is shown in the confirmation email from Trip.com but the confirmation that the villa got is only for the room and no breakfast included.'

'The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.'

'Our experience with this beach resort is really far from what we were expecting. First of all, the staff there did not even show a single sign of hospitality. The moment we got there, we were standing for almost a minute looking for the person in charge, only to find them sitting at the table watching us with no expression and then just asked us the name on the booking, which I found rude and really not the right way of welcoming a guest. Second of all, we originally booked a family room with two double decks, but what was given to us was two double decks and one single bed. They could've informed us of the sudden change and we would surely understand, but no—we just knew it the moment we got inside the room. There are other things that were not informed to us, like the usage of the refrigerator. We were not informed that the refrigerator is for sharing. The ref was already full and they still wanted us to share it. They could've informed us in the first place so we would leave room. We paid 250 per night for ref usage, which I found outrageous. There are things I want to add that I did not like, like the rope they set up to put your wet clothes near where the table is placed, and it is not really ideal since clothes are dripping everywhere, especially on the table. The faucet is something they did not even give time to replace, and I found it disgusting. Every time I have to touch the faucet, I feel a greasy feeling and an unpleasant smell. Nevertheless, the price is quite cheap and affordable, and the beach is only a few steps away. I just hope they train their staff to be more hospitable and teach them proper manners, because even until the time we left the resort, no one showed up to say goodbye or thank us for our stay. We simply left as if nothing had happened.'
