'Everything is good, but detail matters. & I’m very disappointed about how misleading the info was. I booked two “WINDOW” rooms on purpose, only to find out at check-in that for the Deluxe Twin room type, there is only one room with a window. The receptionist felt sorry and was honest about it, which I appreciate, but that makes the listing even more unacceptable ?! Why advertise something that does not actually exist?! A window is not a small detail ! I once traveled with a friend who has claustrophobia, and a room without a window would have been unbearable, it can seriously affect a person’s comfort and well-being. Both the hotel and the platform need to stop treating this like a minor issue. Misleading room information is not acceptable, and people should not have to find out the truth only after they arrive.'

The location is superb — centrally situated with easy accessibility to Muar town’s attractions, eateries, and shopping spots. The availability of convenient car parking made the experience even more hassle-free. Check-in was seamless and efficient, with a smooth process that set a welcoming tone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The shower pressure and temperature were particularly good — a small detail that made a big difference after a long day out. Overall, Bei Boutique Hotel offers great convenience, cleanliness, and comfort in a prime location. A highly recommended stay when visiting Muar.'
