The reefs start in about 5 feet of water and extend out to about 25 feet and are loaded with reef fish, plus you'll see large mature conch, varying sizes of lobsters and an occasional octopus. The water in front of the condo is natural landscape. The beach itself is all white sand, but can be rocky as you enter the water. swim shoes are recommended. great snorkeling can be found right off our beach for the more experienced swimmers, Rum Point beach, a short drive down the road, has calmer shallow water for all ages. It's about a 35 minute drive from the airport and George Town but only minutes to a few restaurants (Over the Edge, Rum Point and Kaibo), beach bars, watersport shops (Red Sail Sports at Rum Point), activities (Crystal Caves) and a small grocery store (Chisholm’s). The living and relaxing here is easy. Head to the private beach and snorkel the colourful reef just offshore or jump in the double kayak and explore the picturesque shoreline.
