Casa Alice is a two floors romantic stone cottage, recently renovated, with an amazing view over the lake Como, fresh private garden, barbecue, old watering hole and a stream that runs down the lake. From all the house windows and the garden there is an exceptional view over Lake Como. The neighborhood is very quiet, with limited car access. The peace and serenity of the place are exacerbated by the creek going slowly down.Casa Alice can accommodate up to 4 people but it is ideal for couples or a family with two children.On the ground floor there are the living area composed by kitchen and living room connected by a charming wooden frame and the full equipped bathroom (hairdryer included). The living room has satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, coffeemaker and refrigerator.Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a beautiful wooden roof. It has a double bed and a single one.
