지금까지 가 본 호텰중에서 가장 만족스런 호텔이었습니다. 큰 길 가에서 호텔 전겡을 볼 수 없어서 잘 몰랐었는데, 호텔에 들어가니 아름다운 모습이 다 들어오면서 인도네시아가 아닌 딴 세상에 온 느낌이 들었습니다. 자연과 현대적 건물이 조화를 이루는 조경과 전체적인 공간 활용이 아주 좋고, 곳곳에 앉아서 쉴 수 있는 곳도 많아 쉼을 위한 아주 좋은 장소입니다. 건물도 신축건물이라 깨끗하고 방도 넓었고, 아침 조식도 맛있었고, 중국음식점도 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다.

기차역과 구시가지 사이에 위치한 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 우아한 인테리어와 모던하고 세련된 디자인의 객실이 인상적입니다. 직원들은 친절하고, 투숙 후 저희가 요청한 후기도 세심하게 챙겨주었습니다. 아침 식사는 호텔 내 아름다운 브라세리에서 제공됩니다. 음료는 무제한으로 제공되며, 요리는 단품으로 제공됩니다. 베이컨 팬케이크는 정말 맛있었습니다. 서비스도 훌륭했고, 플레이팅도 훌륭했으며 맛도 훌륭했습니다. 세마랑과 인도네시아의 보석 같은 곳입니다.

This was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait. They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time. The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there. For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived. Food overall was decent. One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

라왕세우에서 가까운 호텔이라 도보 이동이 편리했으며, 쇼핑몰 건물에 있기때문에 주차 입구가 혼잡함이 단점이었으나 식사 및 쇼핑이 바로 가능했기에 그 단점을 보완할수 있었다. 직원들은 모두 친절했으며 방은 깔끔했으나 침대와 벽 사이가 너무 좁아서 방 내부에서 움직이기가 조금 불편하다. 하지만, 다음 방문때에도 다시 예약할 의사가 있는 호텔이다.

It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. 위치는 전략적이며 쇼핑몰 근처에 있고 많은 레스토랑과 역사적인 건물이 있는 구시가지 지역까지 도보 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 로비는 괜찮고, 아침 식사는 괜찮지만, 선택의 여지가 많지 않습니다. 뷔페 음식은 그냥 평범해요. 방은 크고 가구는 평범하며 TV 신호는 좋지 않습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다. 방에서 쉬고 싶지 않은 여행이나 호텔 시설을 즐기고 싶지 않은 여행(우리가 갔을 때 수영장은 수리 중이었습니다)에는 위치가 정말 좋기 때문에 이 호텔이 적합합니다.

두 명의 어린이를 데리고 가기에 적합합니다. 트윈 침대를 선택하고 120x200cm 매트리스 1개를 선택하면 240 매트리스로 결합됩니다. 매우 넓습니다. 바로 옆에 자바 슈퍼몰이 있어 음식을 찾기 쉽습니다. 단지 건물이 낡았고...그리고 어제 작동해서 엘리베이터가 오래됐어요. 엘리베이터가 하나밖에 없어서 내리거나 올라가려면 오랫동안 줄을 서야 해요

Dari lokasi cukup strategis, pelayanan cukup bagus, Pelayan mengantar dan menunjukan lokasi kamar, beberapa kali terlihat petugas membukakan pintu saat tamu masuk/keluar hotel Kamarnya juga cukup luas Cuma kekurangannya ... Palkiran yang kurang memadai, lebih enak palkir diluar samping hotel, biar mudah keluar masuk, kalo palkir didalam kadang susah keluar karena tertutup mobil Semoga kedepannya, tempat palkir bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi, biar tamu lebih nyaman
