'The hotel and room were clean. However, the room on the 5th floor was quite noisy, as sounds from the function hall above could still be heard until around 11:00 PM. Breakfast was average, but several items had already run out by 8:00 AM. It would be better to refill breakfast items promptly when they run out and to limit activities in the function hall after 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing guests who are resting.'

'Secara keseluruhan lumayan, hanya saja kasur sudah ringsek sehingga tidur jadi tidak nyaman, juga soal kekerasan suara dalam kamar kurang baik sehingga tidur terganggu dengan suara dari luar ruangan. Kolam renang nyaman dan bersih. Staff ramah dan bersahabat. Lokasi hotel strategis dan mudah dijangkau.'

'The facilities are good. Although there is no gym, but there is table tennis. The scenery is good. The service is good. You also can have a free printed picture. One thing that I don't like is the regulation of smoking. I just found out that customer can smoke at the balcony and lobby. While I have requested a non smoking room, the man next door was smoking at the balcony, and the smoke came to our room. And I have to complained twice so we can move to different room. My suggestion is, please separate the smoking and non-smoking floors so that non-smokers can breathe fresh air. And please make the lobby as a non smoking area. It's too bad that the room that was already nice was polluted with cigarette smoke from visitors.'

'Miracle hotel is a brand new hotel that just opened in 2026. I stayed for 1 night at junior suite room, and I had issues with AC and TV. They finally solved the AC at midnight. For TV issue, I guess it related with poor wifi connection. They give me complimentary 100k vouchers at coffee shop for the inconvenience happened. For hotel in Cianjur (small city), Miracle Hotel is one of best hotel you can choose. Because it brand new, so the cleanliness is still well manage. The furniture inside the room is also nice Parking area is enough to accommodate guest in full occupancy. They do have small pool beside the lobby. There is 3 floors and elevator.'

'For a deluxe room, it's very spacious! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They are fast in ensuring you have a pleasant stay. I would say that the place is more towards the family oriented though. If you are traveling with children, they would love the slides at the pool side. Though it would be nice if those who are not traveling with family can be place further from families as the kids then to be running around the floor which isn't really good. Breakfast spread wise, it's okay I guess. The area to eat breakfast is away from the main hotel. Hence, you have to walk a bit to the breakfast area. The mountain view is worth it though. It's nice to have a nice hot drink at the balcony with the mountain view in the morning. Water heater wise, if you need the hot water, it's definitely good! They have shampoo and soap with all the bathroom necessities as well. Worth the stay!'

'Stay was good. Breakfast was not good at all. Everytime need to wait for them to top up the food. There were crowd but , staff should take initiative to top up food as quick as possible. Empty food lead to no mood of eating after. Anyway thank you for the stay.'
