Exceptional Stay with Truly Wonderful Staff! I recently completed a stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Everything about my visit, from the moment I checked in until I departed, was good and comfortable. The physical property itself is excellent; my room was well-maintained, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. If you are looking for a hotel that offers great quality and is staffed by people who clearly take pride in their hospitality, look no further. Highly recommended!

Ruangan kamar yang luas, kebersihan cukup baik, amenities ada. Hanya saja bangunan sudah cukup tua jadi beberapa part sudah retak dan toilet juga sedikit kotor. Secara keseluruhan ok

방은 괜찮았지만 수건에서 약간 냄새가 났고, 그다지 깨끗하지는 않았습니다. 복도 카펫이 너무 낡아서 지저분해 보였고 교체가 필요해 보였습니다. 아침 식사는 빵도 제공되지만 전형적인 인도네시아식이었습니다. 빵은 꽤 건조했고, 버터 대신 마가린, 초콜릿 가루, 그리고 정체를 알 수 없는 스프레드가 제공되었습니다. 과일 종류도 매우 적었습니다. 주차장은 모든 투숙객의 차량을 수용하기에는 너무 작았습니다. 제가 묵었던 마지막 날에는 그 작은 주차장에 대형 버스 두 대가 주차되어 있었습니다. 주행 차량 소음 때문에 잠을 제대로 잘 수 없었습니다. 물론 호텔 측에서도 어쩔 수 없다고 인정했지만요. 그래도 직원들의 서비스는 매우 친절했습니다.

호텔 환경은 여전히 깨끗하고 산업 스타일 느낌이 있으며 커피와 티백을 갖춘 간단한 예비 부품이 제공되며, 객실 화장실의 사양은 작지만 온수는 충분히 뜨겁습니다. 전기 주전자는 열리지 않습니다.

Miracle hotel is a brand new hotel that just opened in 2026. I stayed for 1 night at junior suite room, and I had issues with AC and TV. They finally solved the AC at midnight. For TV issue, I guess it related with poor wifi connection. They give me complimentary 100k vouchers at coffee shop for the inconvenience happened. For hotel in Cianjur (small city), Miracle Hotel is one of best hotel you can choose. Because it brand new, so the cleanliness is still well manage. The furniture inside the room is also nice Parking area is enough to accommodate guest in full occupancy. They do have small pool beside the lobby. There is 3 floors and elevator.

The hotel used to be a luxurious hotel with a wide range of facility from pool, tennis court, restaurant, etc.. It is non air conditioned but have a very pleasant weather.. room includes daily breakfast (a buffet of fried rice, noodle, and sunny side up)
