A beautiful Grade II Listed period stone cottage situated in Bourton-on-the-Water with off road parking.Bourton-on-the-Water is known as 'Venice of the Cotswolds' and Cloisters cottage is located in the heart of the village, only 100 yards from the main street and the River Windrush. Beautifully furnished, with period features including a wealth of beams, stone mullion leaded windows and exposed stone and timbers.This beautiful cottage boasts a wealth of character and benefits from generously proportioned rooms. The large kitchen / breakfast room has a range of oak fitted units and an extensive range of appliances - including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is also an oak table with seating for four. The conservatory features a large oak refectory dining table with seating for six and is surrounded by exposed stone and timber and overlooks the garden. There is also a cloakroom On the ground floor with w.c. and wash hand basin. The lounge has a delightful stone fireplace with timber lintel, a Cotswold stone canopy and leather sofas surrounded by oak furniture. There is also a TV and DVD, along with a music system.The first floor consists of one double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms which have a w.c. and wash hand basin. The double bedroom has a dual aspect and contains a range of traditional oak furniture. The twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe.The second floor contains another twin bedroom, which features a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and stone mullion windows. There is also a family bathroom opposite which compromises modern sanitary ware set around beams and stone.Outside there is a small South facing garden which contains Cotswold stone walls and mature flower beds.
