* Very quiet house of 60 m2 on full feet (2 outdoor steps) with enclosed garden of 280m2 around the house, located 150m from the supervised beach and the sailing school, in a very quiet private cul-de-sac near all shops accessible on foot, car not necessary once on site, parking outside the house easy access all around and nearby, no wifi on site.
