There is some iron in the tap water and it might cause some smell/taste into the water. However, it's examined and safe to use. Guest can bring drinking water along, if he prefers to do that. The Pulkkilanharju landscape route and the Päijänne National Park are a few kilometers away, several inland water cruises are nearby, and much more to see and do in the area.
