'I booked a deluxe room, which had a king size bed, AC, bathtub, shower and 2 lavatories. The room as you can see is spacious for the price range. Also has a small desk near the bed if you're bringing a laptop. The service was outstanding, very friendly staff! The place is right in front of Karol G's restaurant, in provenza and is surrounded by anything you may need, from convenience stores to bars and gift shops! Would book again!!'

'Dos horas para a hacer el check in, pésimo servicio de los jóvenes que atendieron en la noche, supuestamente entregaban a las 3, logramos entrar a las 6 pm, cobran impuestos cuando en la aplicación aclara que ya están incluidos. Dicen no tener nada que ver con trip que ellos no han autorizado la publicación del hotel en esa página'

'The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)'

'The hotel is in good location quite ! The breakfast is good enough not like loaded buffet but a decent breakfast! Staff are ok but I found in Medellin Colombia 🇨🇴 is many local people make a bad faces 🤣 rest is ok I don’t care I enjoyed my trip'

'이번에는 메데인 꽃 축제를 따라 잡았고 완전히 감동했습니다! 메데인은 낭만적이며 메데인의 정신은 중국에서 배워야합니다! 호텔은 스페인 정원과 같으며 객실은 특히 편안하고 넓으며 목욕 물은 특히 크고 매일 매우 편안하며 호텔 택시도 매우 편리합니다! 호텔 직원은 매일 메들린 모자를 쓰고 작은 실크 스카프를 끼고 있습니다! 이번 메데인 꽃 축제는 모든 산업에 대한 메데인의 존중을 보았습니다! 메데인을 아주 좋아합니다!'

'숙소 주변이 안전하고 개인 여행자들이 많이 와서 친해지기 좋고.. 루프텁에 맥주도 판매하고 있어 여행자들과 어울리기 좋습니다. 아침 식사도 즉석에서 해주어서 신선합니다'

'The location was perfect, located right in the cebter of El Poblado, everything within walking distance. Music from the bar will a bit noisy at night. The kitchen were clean n full of all the utensils. Fully recommended'

'La chambre est trop petite et le lit trop petit pour deux personnes. L’eau de la douche est pas chaude souvent il faut attendre trop longtemps. Impossible de mettre sa valise quelques part. Pas confortable dutout. Bonne situation géographique car bcp de resto à proximité. Petite piscine sur le toit chaude. Belle vue. Mais ne vaut pas son prix.'

'Wspaniały hotel w super lokalizacji. Korzystałem każdego dnia ze śniadań w dobrej cenie i z wycieczek organizowanych przez hotel. Można je zarezerwować w recepcji nawet nie znając hiszpańskiego bo obsługa dobrze mówi po angielsku! Bardzo polecam!'
