'I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort.
The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay.
I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition.
There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was.
The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable.
Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers.'

'We are so glad that we picked this hotel. The hotel is stunning. We arrived late and were glad that hotpot was available in the hotel restaurant as it was freezing cool outside. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful restaurant.
Our room was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The heater was great. No issues with the room temperature. We slept like a baby after a two and half hours journey from Siguniang.
The young staff members were helpful and attentive.
Our experience in this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we only stayed a night.
We would love to revisit.

체크인은 춘절 연휴 기간이었고, 디디추싱에는 주문을 받을 사람도 없었고, 노란색 차량도 없었습니다. 이틀 연속으로 호텔 프런트에 차를 찾아달라고 요청했지만, ”절대 안 된다”는 대답만 돌아왔습니다. 첫날 아침, 비셰드 그루브(Bished Groove) 입구까지 25분을 걸어갔지만, 저녁에는 지쳐 돌아와 다시 걸어갔습니다. 길가에 훠궈집이 보이면 저녁을 먼저 먹자고 했습니다. 식사 후, 훠궈집 주인이 저희에게 차가 없다는 말을 듣고 호텔로 데려다주었습니다. 훠궈집이 이런데 왜 호텔에는 배달용 차가 없는 걸까요?
청두로 돌아온 셋째 날, 저희는 대중교통을 이용했습니다. 버스 기사님께 다시 전화해서 이유를 설명드리고, 여행 가방과 큰 배낭을 가지고 왔다고 말씀드렸습니다. 비펑고우 주차장까지 가는 게 정말 불편했습니다. 기사님께서 양해를 구하시고 다시 픽업해 주시겠다고 하셨습니다.

전반적인 환경: 방 수가 적고 상대적으로 고품질의 제품을 갖춘 6층짜리 단독 주택으로, 멋진 초목 풍경이 있는 비교적 넓은 안뜰, 달콤한 향기가 나는 계수나무와 붉은 단풍나무 연못, 심지어 작은 차이 문도 있습니다. 한적한 곳으로 이어지는 구불구불한 길 같은 느낌을 주는 뒷문. 안뜰에는 노천온천이 있으며, 6층 전망대에서는 야식을 즐기기에 적합한 야외 바비큐 레스토랑도 있습니다.

QQianze220오랜 고민 끝에 좋은 리뷰가 많아서 드디어 이 호텔을 선택하게 되었습니다. 호텔은 우리에게 전망실을 배정했는데 그 뒤에 작은 개울과 다리가 보입니다. 호텔의 아침 식사도 좋았습니다. 개선해야 할 점은 원래 호텔에 명승지까지 셔틀 버스가 있었는데 전날 명승지로 산책을했는데 비가 와서 호텔 차가 우리를 데리러 오기를 원했다는 것입니다. 전화는 계속 걸려왔는데 아무도 받지 않았고, 유선전화도 연결되지 않았습니다. 그래서 나는 혼자서 명승지로 운전하는 것을 단호히 포기했습니다.

익익명 사용자We arrived early around 11.30am and the staff kindly allowed us to check in. Since the room wasn’t ready yet, we left our luggage and walked to Bipenggou Park, which is only about 10 minutes away. The room has floor heating, making it very cozy and warm despite the cold weather. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone planning to overnight in Bipenggou.

HHuangajinEmily Wong다행히 호텔에 묵을 때 밤새 눈이 많이 내렸는데, 다음 날 아침 문을 열자 은색 화장이 씌워져 있는 담요가 발견되었는데, 이는 남부 사람들에게 큰 놀라움이었습니다. 호텔뷰가 정말 환상적이었고 숙박이 매우 편안했습니다. 사천 여행 중 가장 따뜻하게 잤습니다. 아쉽게도 가습기 사용법을 모르고 직원에게 전화를 했습니다. 켜도 소용이 없었고, 결국 다음날 코피가 나는 것이 조금 불편했습니다.
2인용 천연온천: 체크아웃 후 온천에 갈 수 있으며, 온천온도도 매우 적합합니다. 시설도 매우 완벽합니다. 목욕 수건, 생강 수프, 온천장에는 시간 제약으로 인해 경험하지 못해 조금 아쉽습니다.
서비스: 리셉션 직원은 매우 배려심이 많고 하우스키퍼는 신속하게 응답합니다. 제가 좀 과민한 편인데 직원분이 맥박을 재며 에너지 보충하는 방법을 알려주셨어요. 낯선 땅에서 저를 배려해주는 낯선 분들을 만나서 정말 흐뭇했어요! 그런데 방까지 짐을 보내주는 서비스를 추가하고 싶습니다. 눈이 오고 방으로 가는 길에 경사가 있어서 짐을 들고 걸어가기가 정말 어렵습니다. (여기서 방 청소해주시는 이모님을 칭찬합니다. 체크아웃할 때 짐을 밀어주는 게 힘든 걸 보시고 솔선해서 도와주셨어요.)
호텔의 아침 식사는 다양하며 현지 특선 요리도 제공됩니다. 일찍 일어나서 먹는 것이 좋습니다.

GGhanim ZWe loved the location as it is near to our targeted place Bipenggou Scenic Area and the service customer was amazing. We had to leave early this morning to go for scenic area. The breakfast was only ready at 8am onwards. The lady went outside to ask different place to provide us boiled eggs as her boiled eggs wasn’t ready yet. That was a top notch and kind genuine service she gave us as we didn’t have breakfast.
However, the toilet was a bit not satisfactory due to clogged and flood and also wooden tiles is broken which inflicting mild pain on my wife’s toe when walking barefoot. Regardless of this, the receptionist provided a bandaid and also Iodine solution. We appreciate and loved the kind gesture the Hotel staffs gave us.

PPockyBackpackAt first, I booked a camper van, but the staff advised me against it, saying it was too cold during this season. So I changed to a room inside the main hotel building — and I’m really glad I did. The hotel is located right inside the national park, and guests can drive in after registering at the park entrance. This makes sightseeing much easier since you don’t have to take the park’s shuttle bus, which drives rather poorly along the route. From the hotel, you can take their own vehicles directly to the scenic spots, saving more than half the travel distance.
All room rates already include the park entrance fee. Personally, if I come back again, I would definitely stay here because it saves the hassle of taking the park shuttle. Overall, both the location and the rooms are excellent.
