'근처 행사에 참석하기 위해 잠깐 머물렀기 때문에 401번 고속도로 바로 옆에 위치가 완벽했습니다. 객실의 크기와 청결도가 만족스럽고, 무료 비누와 샴푸도 맛있는 냄새가 났습니다. 무료 아침 식사는 표준적이었지만 맛이 좋았고 매우 감사했습니다. 예약할 때 이에 대한 사전 통지를 받지 못했기 때문에 우리가 머무는 동안 수영장이 운영되지 않아 매우 실망했습니다. 실내 수영장이 있어서 특별히 이 호텔을 예약했어요. 체육관은 작지만 적당하며 합리적인 운동을 할 수 있는 충분한 기계와 웨이트가 있었습니다.'

'There were drunk guests running up and down the halls and knocking on every door at like 1am and the hallway smelled like cigarettes, but everything worked and it felt reasonably clean'

'The facility itself was fine. The issue we had was Bookings.com did not pass on the message of we wanted connecting rooms. The hotel was kind enough to accommodate, but we had to wait for them to prep a room, where as if the request had been passed the room would have been ready. Thus issue is with Bookings.com and not the hotel.'

'In our opinion, the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Belleville, Ontario should be the benchmark for all such hotels. My husband and I have been traveling from Indiana to Quebec for some years, and this hotel provided our best experience _ever_ for our overnight stay on our trip, going up or coming back. The desk clerk, a very helpful young woman named Raymon M., was exceedingly kind and personable as well as professional. We called when we found ourselves downtown with no hotel in sight, and Ray quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the solution (we'd left out part of the address in the GPS), then watched for us to arrive, and made us feel welcome when we did. The room rate was quite reasonable, and they were able to give us a ground floor room, as requested. The hotel was very clean and clearly well cared for, in our room as well as in the public areas. The breakfast options were fresh and ample, including fresh fruit as well as cereal (for me), a waffle iron (which my husband loved) and sausages that looked (and apparently tasted) like good quality sausages. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel wasn't just one of a cluster of such hotels near the 401, and that there were ample resources nearby for food, though we arrived in the late evening. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Belleville has become our go-to for our future driving trips up to Quebec.
