Excellent hotel but bad experience with the hotel management. Drilling and siren sound during Eid holiday really unprofessional and indicates lack of management planning. I hoped they can value their customers more often. In my two night stay I had the worst sleep ever.

We enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Bahrain. The location was perfect for us with the Manama Souk and Bahrain Harbour area nearby. There were many good restaurants on site and nearby. It was also close to lots of cafes and shops. In the near future there will also be a metro station nearby. Check in at the hotel was smooth. We were even able to add on a breakfast for our last day and make adjustments to our reservation request in person. We rented a car and the valet service was very good during our stay. We booked a king bed room and it was nicely appointed. They had a couple of nice chairs, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge with bar and a table side console that controlled the lights and temperature throughout the room. The TV had screen mirroring and Bluetooth features that were easy to connect to. Our room had a large fruit platter which had perfectly ripe fruit and we were delivered 3 small chocolate platters during our stay because of Eid celebrations. The pillows were a little soft for us but they have a pillow menu that we utilized. Our room was very quiet for most of our stay but our neighbours above and beside were unexpectedly loud the last night and we had to call for assistance a couple times. The bathroom had very nice products including lotion, body wash, conditioner and shampoo. The shower was nice too but when using the rain head we found the water leaked out very easily and made the floor wet. There was a speaker in the bathroom but we could not figure out how to connect to it. The pool area was awesome and relaxing on the rooftop of the Regency tower. The hotel had two pools but the one on the mezzanine level by the restaurants was closed during our stay due to Ramadan celebrations that had just finished. The pool had lots of different day bed options, large towels and some very good cocktails including one of the best Pina coladas I've had in the middle east. The wifi was good throughout the hotel but it was a bit spotty in the corners at the pool. The change room had lots of lockers and large shower stalls that had the same nice products from the hotel bathrooms. They have a large health club/gym in this area too and a racquetball court. Manama is a foodie paradise and there are many top notch restaurants around so we opted to eat offsite for most of the days. We did try the breakfast on our last day and we paid 12.5 BHD per person. There is a good spread including pastries, cheese, eggs to order (including a very good shakshuka), western breakfast items, three kinds of bacon (including pork), pork sausage to order and a good honey selection. The best part of breakfast was the fresh juice. They offered us late check out which we appreciated and it was easy to check out at the counter but the valet service was very busy just after 1 pm and the traffic made it difficult to get out and to the airport in the rental. We spent maybe an extra 10 minutes to get out but every other day we had zero issues using the valet and roads nearby. The stay at the Intercontinental was very relaxing and we felt refreshed for each day exploring Bahrain. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Bahrain.

Отличное расположение у ворот старого города. Красивый вид из окна. Номер просторный, современный. Есть все необходимое. Отзывчивый персонал. Завтраки слабенькие. Выбор есть, но хотелось бы разнообразия и европейской кухни. Все-таки 5*.

파티 지구인 Juffair에 있었는데 12층에 있어서 운 좋게도 호텔의 다양한 나이트클럽에서 소음이 들리지 않았습니다. 옆집 쇼핑몰에는 많은 것이 없지만 위치는 대부분의 장소와 매우 가깝고 편리합니다. 나는 가족과 함께 여기에 머물지 않을 것이지만 1 박 환승에 적합합니다.

서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 일찍 도착했고 즉시 우리 방에 체크인 할 수있었습니다. 객실은 지나치게 화려하지는 않았지만 필요한 모든 것. 교통 소음이 상대적으로 심해서 귀마개를 가져오는 것이 좋습니다!

방은 크고 깨끗했습니다. 더운 날씨에 여러 주차장이 있어서 좋았어요! 방에서 제공되는 것은 기본이지만 필요할 때마다 우리의 요청에 신속하게 응답했습니다. 두 가지 단점은 에어컨이 시끄럽고 매트리스가 편안하지 않다는 것입니다. 돈을 위해 전반적으로 가치.

제가 겪었던 최악의 경험 중 하나였습니다. 예약하신 이유가 무엇인가요? 이틀 밤을 묵었는데, 첫날 밤에 물이 새서 잠을 잘 수가 없었어요. 물방울 떨어지는 소리 때문에 잠을 잘 수가 없어서 방을 바꿔주셨는데, 다음 날에는 위층 화장실에서 물이 새서 제 방 화장실로 떨어졌어요. 정말 역겨웠습니다. 직원에게 항의했더니 더 큰 방으로 바꿔주겠다고 했지만, 저는 그런 건 신경 쓰지 않았어요. 중요한 건 그런 더러운 문제니까요. 결국 공용 화장실을 이용했는데, 오늘 밤 제 방에 오줌까지 쌌어요. 정말 불쾌했습니다. 주말 내내 기분이 안 좋았고, 발코니에는 비둘기나 새똥이 가득했어요.

Housekeeping require request at reception, else it will not happen. Even if it does, it is done with changing of towels, no water replacement nor coffee replacement. Swimming pool is out for maintenance without being informed until you reached the door. Reception is friendly and helpful and the room is big and sufficient. Another plus point is the ease to the mall which is accessible via level 1 carpark. Unfortunately had a very inconsiderate neighbour who blasted the music through out the day and night despite calling to security several times.

Service is acceptable, but it does not compensate for the condition of the rooms. Overall, while the hotel may appeal to travelers on a tight budget who prioritize location over comfort, it is important to note that hotels in Manama are generally very expensive, and for the price paid, the quality here does not offer good value. Travelers seeking cleanliness, modern facilities, or comfort may want to explore other options.

객실은 넓었고 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 바레인에서 클럽 문화를 경험하고 싶다면 이 호텔이 좋은 선택입니다. 하지만 바레인에서 업무차 방문한다면 추천하지 않습니다. 클럽 소음이 상당히 심해서 잠을 제대로 잘 수 없기 때문입니다. 다행히 호텔 프런트의 도움으로 방을 바꿀 수 있었고, 그 문제는 해결되었습니다. 전반적으로 꽤 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다.
