Get to feel and learn about the culture. The staff give there time so informative and passionate. Prepared to organise days out trips excursions. So very proffesional. Thoughtful about how you want your holiday experience to be. Very quiet so can sleep undisturbed. Breakfast is filling tasty and will keep you going all day. Please have the 3 course evening meal tasty fresh bread olives figs. Great choice cooked to order. Requests changes to meal not a problem. All your needs met. My visit to Morrocco what a place out of this world. The people make this place a little gem and so unspoilt untouched. This is our 8th visit to Aqua Fun Club, as a family of 7; 2 adults & 5 Children. We have been many other resorts around the world in-between our annual visit here, this is our favourite! From arriving to leaving each time, we couldn't have asked for better. ❤️ spotless rooms ❤️ fresh bedding daily ❤️ amazing waiters, special thanks to Mr Samir and Younes, who year on year ensures the food, service and atmosphere are amazing ❤️ none stop activities from the entertainment team, especially Momo,Memo & Ayo who are amazing in keeping the kids and us adults entertained and keep the competitive streak going ❤️ An on site shop, ran by the most welcoming and friendly man, Adul Malik. ❤️ the waterslides are amazing ( with even more being built resdy for 2025 season, the kids pools with slides on the pirate ship and the princess castle are great too. We come around April/May when the weather is around 28-34°C, in 8 visits, we have never had a bad experience or a bad moment. Take the room with balcony view. beautiful room with view on the mountain and the best shower. Ibrahim is very nice and helpfull and speaks very good English great food as well One of the best places in Morocco We are really enjoying .. Highly recommended

If I could give this place 7 stars out of 5, I would. This riad was a highlight of our trip - not only is the guesthouse itself perfect, but more importantly, the family running it are so kind, authentic and helpful, that you immediately feel it is a home away from home. The riad is fantastically located with panoramic views of the valley and the surrounding mountains including the Jebek Toubkal, the tallest mountain in North Africa. The rooms all have wonderful details like a few items of Berber clothing for you to try on either to keep warm or simply for fun and plaster decoration on the ceiling. They are quiet, clean and comfortable with showers with excellent water pressure and hot water. The food is excellent and served in a dining room draped with Berber rugs and surrounded by delictately carved wooden furniture, with the panoramic view of the mountains. We also enjoyed chatting with other guests here. Most importantly, the manager Rashid is a kind and energetic soul who will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great trip. We arrived late on the first day, after a long drive, and he showed up in the village centre to help us navigate the rickety road to get to the guesthouse; he managed to sort out rooms for us when we booked super last minute and theoretically the guesthouse was all booked up (including arranging one at his uncle's place next door); he organized a guided trek up Toubkal for us with a great guide (Hassan) for a reasonable price; he lent us a sleeping bag and gloves for the trip, at no extra cost; and he spent time chatting with us, in a way that made us feel like friends, not clients, and gave us a great insight into local life. His niece, Bouchra (apologies if the spelling is wrong, I should have asked how to spell it!), who helps him run the guesthouse was also an absolute star - thanks to both of you! Staying with you was really special.

이것은 하룻밤 또는 더 오래 머물기에 멋진 곳입니다. 우리는 6인 파티였고 3박을 했습니다. Ecolodge는 매우 평화로운 곳입니다. 정원은 잘 관리되어 있으며 많은 라운저가 있는 슈퍼 수영장입니다. 우리는 햇살 아래 밖에서 아침과 저녁을 먹었고 기쁨이었습니다. 음식은 훌륭하고 풍부했으며 모두 흠없는 주방에서 준비되었습니다. 우리는 롯지에서 또는 Toubkal 산 너머로 걷기 위해 거기에있었습니다. Mohamed 롯지 관리자는 예외적이었습니다. 가이드와 택시를 마련하는 것부터 발목이 발이 떨어질 경우를 대비하여 노새와 핸들러를 제공하는 것까지 너무 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 그는 유머 감각이 뛰어나고 가능한 한 완벽한 숙박을 만들기 위해 여분의 마일을 갔다. 우리는 그로부터 따뜻한 환영을 받았고 그는 정말로 사랑스러운 가이드를 마련했습니다. 에코 롯지는 그를 갖는 것이 매우 운이 좋습니다. 탑 맨 😄

Very poor I would rate this 2 star resort and that too is being generous, firstly the bedding had old stains, no kettle in room, fridge did not work had to call reception 3 times for someone to eventually replace the fridge along with the air con also, food choice was not a lot and mainly Moroccan dishes would be nice to have some international food choices the restaurant was small which led to big queues which still people would push in, the tables were not cleaned properly, again for a 5 star would expected drinks to be served but you would again have to queue to get ur drinks and staff did not speak English the snack bar staff always seemed fed up with making drinks all day and the worst mojitos cocktails iv drank. The food was not the best either iv eaten into chicken that was undercooked, omelettes full of egg shells.The snack they serve between 5-6 in the very small cafeteria is ridiculous how everyone would swarm the place pushing and shoving to get a snack sometimes u would be left with nothing. The spa again for somewhere that considers its 5 star is very poor and below average. Only place you can sit and have drinks is outdoor the heat was too much wanted to sit indoors but they have no place unless you sit In reception. I think this resort is more catered for the locals than international people.
