This hotel is amazing, great service, family friendly staff, the all inclusive and activities doing do justice to this resorts experience, oussama head of entertainment has a great team that looks to engage all the guests and get the to participate in engaging activities, all in all great experience,

Cannot recommend this hotel more....from the minute you arrive everyone is so friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff work extremely hard all day to ensure that you have the best holiday. Sam, Ismail, Morocco and the girls. The waterpark is excellent and has something for everyone From a family, friends or couple holidays it is an excellent place for everyone.

Second time to Marakech and would recommend hotel. Bar and restaurant staff all friendly and attentative as we're entertainment team who worked constantly. There is regular poolside entertainment and you can get equipment to play mini golf, table tenis, pool etc. All inclusive is good, bottles of San Miguel beer or local beer on tap and usual soft drinks. Cocktails are pre made with alcohol added which were normally more generous at night. All served in small cups but I took a bigger one and they filled it no problem. All inclusive finished at 0000 hrs but there is a night club down the stairs open until 2. It could do with an uplift but good fun. 100 dirham for two drinks in there. Food - Food was very good with plenty choice at al meal times. We were a group of 10 with a couple fussy eaters who always managed to get something. The restaurant was very busy in the evenings and pizza and pasta queues were sometimes very long. Aqua Park was great fun for all ages and huge benefit of the hotel. Downsides were probably the queuing in restaurant in evening and a lot of work being done to hotel and few water slides but given time of year no real issues with that. Hotel got busier as our week went on but we didn't struggle for loungers but think it may be a bit harder at height of summer. Some rude people (especially children) who would push to front of queues. Few of us told them to move but staff still served them for first few days then told them to queue after that. Good hotel which you won't regret booking.

Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were friendly and helpful, water park was amazing, but evening entertainment was not very good, just got the people from kids club dancing on a stage at back of hotel with virtually no lights, food was amazing when you finally work out were to go, didn't know snacks and slush were in the cafe till day 4. You need to pay a tourist tax upon arrival which works out about£20 per adult per week, we were informed of this so wasn't a problem. Hotel offers a towel service for the water park cost £10 deposit per towel and u can Change your towel as often as you like for fresh ones, well worth doing and no problem getting deposit back, was very well organised. All in all a fantastic fun place to go but take something to do in the evening only show worth watching was fire show. No shortage of sun beds around any pool, always found a place to sit/lay no matter what time u go

From reading the reviews and looking at the photos, we were quite looking forward to our stay here. Oh how we were disappointed. When we arrived, initially we were impressed with the lobby area and we were greeted with tea and light biscuit. Our room was not ready so we were told to go have lunch and come back later to get bags and access our room. We were given no information upon check in. We had to ask another guest where the restaurant was. We arrived at the restaurant just as lunch service began, and sat inside. As time went on, it got more chaotic with people with no manners just barging around with no respect for other people. Food was okay, good selection but over the course of our 5 night stay it never varied and we soon got fed up of it. Also if you sit inside restaurant, you will stink of cooking smells. It is very smoky and it clings to your clothes and hair. Throughout the course of our stay, the large buffet restaurant was the only one that was ever open and not the 3 restaurants as advertised. When we did finally get our room, it was very dark, old fashioned and dingy. The toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor. I had to go back to reception to tell them this in person as the phone on the room didn't work. They told me they would send someone to fix it. We dined again in the hotel that night but when we returned to our room, the smell was awful. It was like sewage smell and the toilet was still leaking all over bathroom floor. The shower was freezing cold, making it unusable. At it was late we had to spend the night in the room. We returned to reception first thing next morning and complained about all the issues. We told them we were not staying in that room. At first they pretended they could not understand us, then said they had no rooms whilst multiple guests were checking out. It took our issues to be passed on to 3 people before we got Sara who got us another room. Our next room was in the block over the restaurant, it was a bigger, nicer room. Not had no view, except in to the storage yard and the balcony outside the room was littered with cigarette butts. The smells from the restaurant permeated the room also but we stated where we were as it was better than the first room. Certainly not 4 star. The all inclusive is a joke, the selection of cocktails was terrible, pre made from a machine and only one bar every night was open. This was like a scene from Butlins with kids entertainment every night. If you wanted a quiet drink you would have to sit downstairs and constantly go back up to get drinks. There is a shuttle bus that is free for guests to go into centre of Marrakech and back. However, hotel did not inform us about this, we happened upon bus and another guest told us it was the hotel bus. You need to pre book your seats on the bus to avail of this. It's an Amazing hotel with lots to do, the animation team work so hard to make sure you are well cared for, this is my first time here and I would come again! The food is good and always more then enough, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the pool is always fun and vibrant
