I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

High class hotel close to most things in Iloilo city. SM Mandurriao meters away. Easy to get taxi with the help of friendly staff, Megaworld walking distance. Swimmingpool on the 10th floor, gym, good breakfast with a lot to choose from, excellent room reasonably quiet, comfortable bed, good water pressure and warm watwr quickly

Return after my last visit in 2020, like the location situated next to SM mall. Appreciated the request to change to room with 2 single beds. Will be great when house keeping consistent in the cleanliness & upkeep of amenities in the room. The room slippers went missing after my third day stay. Seems like the plumbing system of room at level 10 was not flowing smoothly. Will return for my next visit.

An amazing place to stay, with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff (especially the F&B staff members) The room was just perfect, with all the furnishings needed for a great time. It was very modern, clean and comfortable. Absolutely highly recommended. Breakfast is superb!!

I traveled to Iloilo for business and I was going to stay at Courtyard supposedly from March 17 to April 1. An unfortunate situation happened while I was in the middle of this trip - my mother died on March 23rd and I had to cut my trip short and leave Iloilo March 24th. I checked out of the hotel at around 7pm and I informed the front desk about my situation. Since the reservation was booked through Navan (who used Priceline) - our company travel booking application I knew that any refund for the unused leg of my trip would have to go through them. I did inform the front desk when I checked out that our travel agency might contact them and told them about the situation. I just returned home from the funeral of my mother and checked with Navan if the refund was already processed. I just found out today that Courtyard by Mariott Iloilo flat out DECLINED the refund despite knowing that the reason for the cancellation was due to the unforseen situation of my mother having died while in the middle of my business trip. The management of this hotel has no empathy towards their customer and I will never ever stay here again. I will also ensure that none of my colleagues from my company (the biggest private employer in the Philippines) will ever stay here again by writing an incident report and sending it to our leadership and executives.

우리는 Citadines Amigo Hotel Iloilo에서 교사 훈련을 받았고 직원들은 참가자와 손님을 매우 수용하고 있습니다. 이 호텔은 국제 호텔의 Ascott 체인에서 관리하기 때문에 객실은 편안한 침대, 베개 및 소파가 있는 필리핀의 다른 Citadines 호텔과 동등합니다. 화장실은 깨끗하고 세면 도구가 완비되어 있습니다.이 호텔은 City Proper에 위치하고 쇼핑몰, 은행 및 정부 사무소 근처에 있기 때문에 접근이 가능합니다. 내 전반적인 경험은 좋습니다.

My young son loves to swim and this place really did it for him. Great place for families with young kids as they have a pool play area in addition to two lap/swimming pools which also has kiddie pool adjacent to them. Pools are obviously well-maintained and clean. A lot of events being held when we visited so the place was kind of full - and yet not too overcrowded. We stayed overnight in one of their very spacious family suite- which is a little bit far away from all the bustle so we did had a quiet evening. Loads of options for food, which are fairly good. The place has really great potential, it just needs some few renovations and maintenance on some areas to maximise the features. Will definitely go back again with family or perhaps group of friends. Shout out to Christy Gustillo at the front office as well as to our waitress (who I regrettably missed to take the name) for a really great customer service.

거의 모든 것에 가까운 SM City Iloilo 바로 앞의 훌륭한 위치. 우리 방 가격은 매우 저렴했지만 방 자체는 저렴하지 않습니다.. 21층에 레스토랑이 있고 좋은 요리와 합리적인 가격이 있지만 예산이 빠듯한 경우 외부에서 구입하는 것을 선택할 수도 있습니다. 호텔 문 바로 밖에 있는 1층에 있는 세븐일레븐 매장. 식사와 음료를 포함하여 필요한 모든 것을 판매합니다! 또한 Lapaz Batchoy 및 Tapsilog 등과 같은 빠른 주문을 판매하는 karinderya가 호텔 바로 뒤에 있습니다. 그리고 24시간 영업합니다! 또한 더 많은 요리를 맛보고 싶다면 SM 지역 바로 바깥에 있는 포장 마차에 양질의 음식이 많이 있습니다. 호텔에서 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다.

모든 직원이 매우 수용하기 때문에 Go Hotels Iloilo에서 훌륭한 숙박을했습니다. 특히 그날 지정된 안내 원 인 Jinny Amador 씨. 그녀는 우리의 요구에 매우 도움이됩니다. 나는 그녀가 마스크를 착용하고 있지만 그녀는 우리에게 큰 미소를주는 방법을 좋아합니다. 몰과 교회 근처에 위치가 훌륭하고 가격이 매우 저렴하기 때문에 적극 권장됩니다. 고맙습니다
