We have just returned from a trip to Santa Eulalia staying in a different hotel. My Dad came on holiday with us and on the Tuesday morning of our holiday went out on a walk himself to visit some places he’d seen in years gone by with my Mum. Unfortunately he seems to have blacked out outside the W Ibiza and was found by staff in a pool of blood. The staff not only helped him up and called an ambulance but they also phoned me and made absolutely sure that I knew what had happened, what hospital he was getting taken to and how to get to him. I didn’t get a chance to call back and thank them later in the week but I was even told to phone back if there was absolutely anything else they could help with. They couldn’t have been more empathetic, helpful and caring. My Dad spent the day in hospital and was let back to our hotel late that evening when his vital signs had improved after many tests and with an extensive report to take to his own doctor. I’ll also email the hotel directly once I get contact details but I really felt that potential customers should know just how helpful this hotel was in a crisis. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for my Dad. It was a dreadful & shocking thing to have happened but I think he considers himself very lucky that it happened where it did.

이것은 2024년 결혼식 장소로 선택한 후 ME에서의 첫 숙박이었습니다! 우리는 차를 세우고 호텔을 통해 수영장 및 그 너머로 곧장 보이는 전망을 보자마자 팔렸습니다. 직원들은 더 세심할 수 없었지만 위압적인 방식은 아닙니다. 단순히 필요할 때 거기에 있고 너무 많은 문제는 없습니다. 날씨가 좋아 보일 정도로 10월 말에 머무르는 것에 대해 걱정했지만 운이 좋게도 푸른 하늘을 가지고 수영장 옆의 발리 침대를 즐겼습니다. 수영장 옆에서 시원한 하루를 보내는 것이 좋습니다. 객실은 현대적이고 편의 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 가장 중요한 것은 이 호텔의 다른 구석과 마찬가지로 흠 잡을 데 없이 깨끗합니다. 메인 수영장의 분위기를 피하고 약간의 평화와 고요함을 원한다면 옥상은 사랑 스럽습니다 (성인 만) 우리는 가장 놀라운 숙박을했고 Julia & 팀에게 충분히 감사 할 수 없습니다 2024 ....

Honestly this hotel is amazing. We booked for a week just as the hotel had reopened after low season. We arrived approx 11pm to a smooth check in, offers of food and drinks if we wanted them and a room all made up for us and our two children. Rooms are clean, spacious and we chose a sea view. This was perfect. We had a balcony which we could all sit on and relax, and kids were very comfortable in their beds. Our beds were massive and comfortable. Food was brilliant, so much choice every day, huge selection for vegetarians and options for people who were gluten free, plenty of choice of drinks and the pool bar did a range of snacks which were perfect if you wanted something else. Our children used the kids club which offers 2 activities from 11am til 13:15pm and then a kids disco most nights. The entertainment team are brilliant and my son got particularly attached to them. They are so accommodating and baring in mind this was still start of the season they ensured something was on most nights. Staff are incredible. There are no other words. Hotel is clean and staff work hard to keep the areas clear of cups, plates and general mess. The staff are always on hand to help with anything and everything you could possibly ask for... From late check out to taxis to food orders. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is perfectly situated for walks to beaches within 10mins, the marina and town centre. We've had the best time and we will be back as this has had every thing we could possibly want. Kim, Jesùs, Ully, José.... Thank you so much for all your efforts and time looking after us We'll see you soon! P.S George is missing you all!! :)

Excellent hotel next to the marina - Superb views of sea and marina ( 426) Our balcony ideal for chilling in late afternoon All rooms sea facing have lovely views Location is ideal for restaurants at marina or in town or beach areas . Great for walking too Many plus points to our stay Breakfasts were excellent and loads of variety each morning - cereals, hams and cheeses , fresh fruits , variety of breads , full English if you wanted & both inside or a lovely outside seated courtyard area Amenities of hotel great - Wi-Fi , lounge areas inside and outside too with comfortable furnishings & reception area Ample size pool of varying depth Sun beds Lounge chairs and pool bar - We loved the pool snacks and late afternoon drinks / cocktails Quality Dining room for option of evening meals menu available Rooms modern & are tasteful and with all amenities including well stocked fridges bathroom toiletries and superb walk in shower too Modern bedroom furnishings make it special Finally the hotel staff , Always friendly helpful and happy to make your stay special . They helped make the atmosphere of the hotel welcoming Big thanks to all the staff making it a holiday break to remember Highly recommend this hotel We didn’t eat in the restaurant as there were so many restaurants on the marina or “Main Street of restaurants “ to try Loved the hotel

우리는 10 월 초에 일주일 동안 여기에 머무르는 것을 즐겼습니다. 같은 위치에 있는 다른 사람들의 가격을 맥락으로 고려하면 호텔의 더 저렴한 끝에 있는 것처럼 보입니다. 올 인클루시브였지만 음료는 매우 이상해 보였습니다. 새 병을 열고 내 컵에 붓는 것을 보았지만 하루 종일 술을 마셨지만 술도 취하지 않았습니다. 그러나 바 직원은 훌륭했고 낮에는 분위기가 좋았고 음식은 약간 제한적이지만 그럼에도 불구하고 매우 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 좋은 범위였습니다. 엔터테인먼트 팀은 매우 열심히 일하지만 호텔은 그들이 함께 일할 수 있도록 제공하는 예산을 업그레이드해야 합니다. 저녁 엔터테인먼트는 약했습니다. 많은 사람들이 저녁에 호텔에 머물지 않았고 올 인클루시브를 지불했을 때 추가 비용이 드는 다른 곳에서 엔터테인먼트를 하러 갔습니다. (외출하고 싶다면 두 곳이 생각나게 됩니다. 그가 거기에 있다면 Popeye's Bar에서 Neil Diamond 행위를 하는 Johnny Dee를 잡으십시오. 놀랍거나 내가 가장 좋아하는 곳은 Red Lion Late Lounge입니다. 좋은 음료, 좋은 가격, 윙윙거리는 분위기와 방음 바에서 작은 시간으로 노래방으로 노래를 부릅니다.) 저녁에 호텔에 머물렀던 사람들을 위해 입구는 오후 10시 30분경에 끝났고 그게 전부였습니다. 그 후에는 음악도 연주되지 않았고 분위기도 없었지만 All Inc은 자정까지 끝나지 않았습니다. 호텔이 손님을 즐겁게 할 수 없다면 오전 11시부터 자정까지 대신 오전 10시부터 오후 11시까지 올 인클로저에서 조정하겠습니다. 상대적으로 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 넓으며 신선한 냄새가 났습니다. 우리 방은 환상적이고 넓으며 더 나은 것을 요구할 수 없었습니다. 리셉션에서 Alfonso에게 특별한 인사를 전합니다. 매우 사려 깊고 배려심이 많으며 재미있는 사람이 만나서 기뻤습니다. 전반적으로 나는 별 5개와 모든 중요한 포인트를 주었습니다. 예! 우리는 다시 올 것이다.

나는 올해 초에 이 아파트를 예약했고 여행 고문에 대한 리뷰를 읽고 약간 걱정했습니다. 그럴 필요가 없었습니다. 아파트 자체는 깨끗하고 매우 넓고 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 잘 갖추고 있습니다. 수건은 이틀에 한 번씩 교체되었고 에어컨이 너무 좋아서 아파트가 시원하게 유지되어 밤새 꺼졌습니다. 내 유일한 문제는 샤워의 전원이 매우 낮지 만 뜨거운 물이 충분하다는 것입니다. 직원들도 사랑스럽습니다. 위치는 Santa eularia까지 조금 걸어 갈 수 있지만 예약했을 때 어린 아이들이있을 때 하루에 한 번 이상하는 것이 조금 더 멀 수 있다는 것을 알고있었습니다.

The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are great. We stayed in the suite with terrace and had a large terrace to sunbathe on. The bed was comfy and the room was kept clean at all times. The only issue we encountered with the hotel was a slow service. Check-in was very slow and our room wasn’t ready until after 3PM (stated check in time) which messed up our plans for our first evening. We did receive a fruit platter in our room as an apology though which was a nice touch. The bar service is incredibly slow. We once waited approximately 30 minutes for a bottle of cava and two glasses. With this being out of season, I wouldn’t want to think what it will be like in July/August. Overall, a stunning hotel and I would return out of season again but I do worry about the issues with service at busier times.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again. The room and hotel is exceptionally clean, with good decor throughout. The staff are a joy, only too happy to help and went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation. I really can’t thank them enough. The breakfast was delicious, a good range of cooked items, pastries and fresh fruit etc. My only complaint is the coffee is from a machine - no chance of an oat latte! I didn’t use the pool area and would say this is the only area I didn’t feel 100% about. Nothing in particular just a bit too open for me - and there were plenty of other people using it, so probably just me! One other thing - my wifi connection wasn’t great when I used it, so probably wouldn’t stay there if i was on a working vacation!
