The hotel, location and facilities are all incredible and the hotel is very, very well run. However, what separates this hotel from all others is their amazing staff. Unfortunately, there are too many people to mention, and we can’t recall all their names, but each and every staff member we interacted with went over and above. That being said, if we had to hand out a 1st place award, it would go to Irati Perez in Guest Relations. Irati is incredible and beyond phenomenal with guests. It’s actually hard to describe a person like her in words. She is really that special. Although I can’t put into words how awesome she is in person, I would simply say that she has a very special, sincere and caring aura about herself. Also, she carries herself in a very kind, yet professional, way. She came out to greet us (we are return guests) and she instantly made us feel like we were A-list movie stars. And, we noted that she treats everyone we saw her interact with the same. She is one of those people that you instantly recognize that has no limits in where she can go in life. She’s really that incredible and we hope every guest gets a chance to meet and interact with her. Another very special staff member is Maha (room setup and cleaning). She was a definite standout. She is absolutely the most sincere and kindest person that we have ever interacted with that took care of our room. And she went over and above to always make sure we had additional chocolates and water every day. And we loved how she talked the hotel up and we could really feel she loves where she works. She is a gem. Marco and the other valet guys were also all beyond amazing. The staff in the breakfast buffet and all the people who took our orders and brought our food were exceptional, especially the girls that sat us. They were amazing. Food - all good, especially at the morning buffet, is incredible. We also ate at Etxeko and it is beyond amazing. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable. The food and presentation there is mind-blowing. Our stay at Bless, specifically because of the aforementioned people, made it AGAIN, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at (and we travel a lot). We look forward to staying there again next year.

Loved this hotel and everything about our room. Very comfortable and excellent in-room amenities. The breakfast buffet was nice, poolside restaurant was delicious. Beautiful infinity pool and a short walk to the public beach. While there were a few families with children staying here, it feels more like a place for couples. The spa services were fantastic, but I wasn't overly impressed with the hydrotherapy circuit. The only strike against this place is proximity --- it's a bit of a trek - 30 minutes to the old town, or 30 minutes to the clubs.

The Bless Ibiza is a truly exceptional hotel that deserves all the amazing reviews (and more!). Everything about the hotel has been designed with care and attention, to create a beautiful, relaxed and harmonious experience that make the most of the stunning views over Cala Nova and across the bay. The pool area is stunning, with a generous number of double day beds as well as plenty of sun beds and other seating, which means it never feels overly crowded, even when the hotel is full. Starting each day with a champagne breakfast on the terrace, with great service and delicious food, overlooking the pool and the bay, makes every morning a 5* experience from the beginning. One of the standout things about the hotel is the staff: the team are really focussed on making sure that their guests have a great visit, and go out of their way to solve problems and fix glitches when they happen. Every hotel has occasional issues with things breaking or not working properly, but it’s the way that they deal with those problems that defines great service, and the Bless Hotel Ibiza do it with style. Our room was perfect, with jaw-dropping views across the bay, and the housekeeping team kept it immaculate. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and the hotel team couldn’t have done more to make sure we had a perfect day: they made it, and us, feel super special from morning until night. A huge thank you to all the team: this was our second visit to the Bless Ibiza - we didn’t want to leave and we are already planning our next visit to celebrate our anniversary there again next year!

Loved this hotel. Breakfast was unreal, vibe was really nice. Restaurant within the hotel is worth every penny, we enjoyed the 10 course tasting menu and enjoyed every single mouthful. Staff were superb and made our evening truly special. Lovely rooms, nice pool, really enjoyed our romantic getaway. Slight shame the rooftop pool is extra as for the price of the rooms, we felt this should have been included.

For anybody looking at booking this hotel it is important to understand some considerations that are not clear when looking at the website etc. The hotel is a cheaply renovated formerly 3 star property and as a consequence suffers some severe shortcomings. It has a veneer of quality and glamour but beneath the surface a cheap and dilapidated heart is beating. This is the proverbial pig with lipstick! The Lipstick - Very good service (housekeeping problems excluding) and friendly and helpful staff. They try hard to help and to mitigate the severe limitations of the property. - Beautiful rooftop pool with spectacular view. Yes, the beds come with minimum spend but this is completely fair given the setting and limited spaces available - Setting is nice at least in front of hotel. While nobody will confuse Cala Nova with Meads Bay in Anguilla or Formentera, it's a pretty bay with clear water and an adequate beach . - Excellent new Spa and "water experience" - Adequate food and beverage (did not try Michelin starred restaurant, I'm sure it's great) The Pig - Hotel building is a renovated 3 star property with a 70's vibe - please see attached pictures, located adjacent to a car park - open sewage with associated odor at back of property - glitzy looking but cheap and rapidly crumbling exterior finishing - nothing in the rooms work. Lights not switch off (see pictures of technicians working at 1 am!) - Toilets don't function and leak - Air-conditioning on suites facing the sea are woefully inadequate. They say a it's a function of government regulations mandating 22C minimum but we measured at 29C! Feels like sauna when coming home. We had technicians come up and changed rooms. This is a shortcoming of equipment not regulations and is detailed in many other reviews. - housekeeping is sporadic. Sometimes they come, sometimes they don't even when called. Good luck with turn down service! - impossible to get a taxi without 45 mins notice between 5 and 9. To be fair they warn you of this!! - good luck with trying to find something through lost and found and using software! - good luck trying to arrange 2pm checkout! - make you appreciate some of life's simple things. Would be nice to have a bedside table (see picture) but design there are design compromises when you start with 3 star shell. To be fair to the hotel they did try to mitigate these problems. They did change suites after 1 am technician visit and did knock off 50 percent of one night's room rates. How does one explain some of the 5 star review? - if you are happy staying at Cala Nova and not seeing rest of Ibiza this would be a great location and taxi problems won't be an issue - if you are lucky and have a room that hasn't begun to malfunction you may overlook some of the flaws - if you are OK with no air conditioning in summer (hotel manager noted this might be a cultural thing for US travelers) you might have less issues - if you haven't been to real 5 s

Lovely staff with excellent customer service. I have been to many five star hotels over the years which don’t get customer service quite right but I am happy to report the staff at Bless were consistently very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Decent pool and spa areas. Good sea view. You won’t be disappointed with this hotel.

A place with a wonderful atmosphere, the best of all the staff. I had the pleasure of enjoying the facilities and especially the tasting menu at Etxeko with the option of pairing, and I must confess it has been an incredible experience. I didn't expect that high cuisine and impeccable service could be combined with the feeling of truly being at home. I believe that besides the food, the hosts also make the place from the moment you enter. I was greeted by Lorena's huge smile, the warmth of Héctor, and then we had the support of Dani, Esther, and Eliel. In addition to leaving with a thousand images thanks to the delicious dishes, I learned a lot about gastronomy and wines. I also had the pleasure of living a truly out-of-this-world experience at Beldon Wellness. From the moment you enter the spa and are greeted by Liset and Alicia, you start to feel calm. I enjoyed a treatment that included a massage and facial by the hand of Aida, a star masseuse. She combines strength and gentleness so that one can release tension - I had centuries of tension - but at the same time, she managed to relax me a lot. At times, I even lost track of time and space. I left very, very happy and grateful to be able to share with such capable professionals who clearly go the extra mile that a place like Bless requires. 😊🌟

Wonderfull hotel with a great staff! Great views and good facilitys. Also the food was really nice. The room was with sea view. While showering you can enjoy the beautifull landscape of Ibiza with the little islands in the sea.
