홀리데이 인 익스프레스 & 스위트 휴스턴 노스 - IAH 에어리어 후기

위치는 괜찮았고, 방에서 약간의 냄새가 났지만, 청소 직원이 방 청소를 잘 하지 못했습니다. 내 방에 도착한 후 나는 샤워 시설이 깨끗하지 않았고 침대 위 천장에 피가 묻어 있다는 것을 즉시 알았습니다. 하우스키핑을 요청하기 위해 프론트 데스크에 갔습니다. 프론트 데스크의 여성은 하우스키핑이 곧 집에 갈 것이라고 말했습니다. 그래서 나는 그녀에게 내 문제를 설명했고, 그녀는 살펴보라고 하고 청소용 병과 걸레를 들고 방으로 왔습니다. 나는 그녀에게서 물건을 얻었고 나와 남편은 최선을 다해 샤워기와 벽의 얼룩을 청소했습니다. 우리는 하룻밤 동안 거기에 있었고 문제를 일으키고 싶지 않았기 때문에 다른 방을 얻지 못했습니다. 그 외에 호텔은 괜찮았습니다. 우리 맞은 편에는 시끄러운 손님이 한 명뿐이었습니다.

Nice place to rest and I will back again.

My second time staying at this hotel. The morning week and weekend breakfast staff is awesome. The location is great. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I’m not a person to write a review. However, I went to Houston for a funeral Saturday and decided to choose this hotel because it had an indoor swimming pool and after the funeral me and my kids would relax in the pool once I get to the hotel to check in I ask about the pool and it was closed however it’s not stated no where on the website. Very disappointed because I could have chose a different room. We then get settled in the room leave to get food come back to shower there 2 big roaches in the bathroom. Oh and management was most definitely as rude as they come. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The bed hurt my back so bad.. I believe since they opened the hotel they have never change the mattress

The staff was great. The room had a burnt out light in bathroom and tv didn't work correctly. The next morning there was no hot breakfast they didn't have any food. The truck hadn't arrive. ******* was super helpful. 2 dayscorrectly.

Lights were out for over an hour. They cancelled our reservation without notice and would not help fix this. ******* helped a lot. The pool was dirty.

Hotel was very nice for the price. No complaints, except wish they had a little more for breakfast and some fruit, but that’s okay. Staff was so nice, especially the lady at the front desk. She gave us great food recommendations and remembered our plans for each day and checked in each day to see how our trip was going.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here twice in the past 2 years and both times were very pleasant.

Great stay! Hotel was clean and staff were super friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Would stay again!

Verbally accosted in our car, which was locked, while waiting for my husband to check us in. Area appeared very unsafe, building appeared dirty and unkept ie; curtains detached from rod, floors dirty etc. Our safety was biggest issue.
