'The hotel is centrally located with bus station n rail station both are in walkable distance. Rooms are clean n spacious, staff are good but not trained. Hotel is centrally located, walkable distance to both bus station n rail station. Rooms are spacious, clean. Only problem, they are short of *** power n whoever is available, they are not at all trained. Another big problem is food. They don't have kitchen / restaurent of their own. For complimentary breakfast, they will send you to a garage in the basement, where there is a temporary vegetarian set up with 2 people coming as well as serving food to you. You have to collect the food items whatever they prepared on that particular day n make yourself comfortable to sit anywhere n enjoy your ”COMPLIMENTARY” breakfast !! On last day, suddenly we could found that there is no set up for breakfast that day !! While enquiring, it was informed that they got a big order from outside, so today breakfast will not be available for the guests. Guests have to go outside to have on their own !! Lunch n dinner obviously outside only !! 😕😕'

'This is an old property and had lot of repair job done in the room. Plus we had roaches coming from drain in the toilet and the kitchen sink. Staff was nice and food was okay. Location wise it is close to the railway station but it didn’t look safe to go out of hotel premises for a walk in the evening.'

'Rooms was clean and close to railway station. Property is maintained well. Parking area near reception was bit congested and my car had scratch when I parked it overnight. Hotel security should not allow to park the vehicle too close without sufficient gap between the cars.'

'It has spacious suites / rooms with separate dining area. The property could have been maintained little better.'

'Location is fantastic. The room is quite spacious and overlooks the tungabhadra. The gardens are also nice. However, the facilities in the room are very less for the price point - no toileteries were given. The bedding also was very basic, just two pillows, a bed and one razai. Other hotels at this price give all this'
