It’s a good hotel but definitely not for the price that I was charged. I spent 2 nights there for almost ¥4,000, which is the price of, say, the St Regis in such expensive cities as Shenzhen or Hong Kong… The garden and swimming pool area of the hotel are truly nice but the rooms… I wouldn’t pay more than ¥200 a night… Mediocre.

An enjoyable stay, very relaxing and great pool.

I love this hotel! We stayed four nights. Everything was great - the ease of parking, friendly check-in, cleanliness and fabulous pool. Walk straight from the pool onto the beach or take a quick walk to downtown Jaco. The hotel is good for families, couples or singles alike. I would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful at Croc’s. I just wished they would rent surfboards as property is across from some good surf beach.

Had a great stay at Croc’s Hotel. Had a beautiful ocean view room and the shower was incredible. The front desk staff was so helpful. Starting with Paola prior to my stay I reached out and organized some sightseeing tours. Irene and Alejandra were so helpful and took such a sincere interest in our stay and transportation. I will for sure recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. We also had breakfast three days in a row and the avocado toast was yummy and prices were reasonable. Also we ate twice at the mexican restaurant and the cocktails and churros were yummy. Looking forward to visiting again Pura Vida

Property is very clean and well maintained. Pool area is lovely with easy access to beach. Rooms are spacious and nice.

I booked this hotel because when I search online it said all inclusive and I have picture of this to prove it. We got there and it’s not all inclusive also we don’t get free breakfast any of the days that we were there. Not even a bottle water we were offer at all. I would never stay here again.

Showers in soaking tub were lukewarm, didn’t drain well and had curtain that was too long, so it got scummy in standing water. Had to be careful exiting tub/ shower as no rail. Pool service was poor, view was beautiful, enjoyed the excursions and ******. Didn’t like the breakfast buffet, pool restaurant was very good! Very nice sunsets.

I liked that the property was clean and easy accessed. The AC was top notch...the room was very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. I had an amazing view to the ocean and pool area. The swimming pool was very clean and big enough that it didn't feel crowded. I enjoyed a lot the ****** area, it was fun. But, what i liked the most was the Staff. The Staff was very friendly and hard-working. The Staff made us feel at home. I didn't like that it only had two restaurants to dine in. They should have more options. The International restaurant was very nice, we ate there twice..but they have a Mexican Restaurant that looks more like a fast pace restaurant. They definitely should have a third option. For the price we paid for the night, they should include at least the breakfast. I feel like it was overpriced and it didn't include anything. On your ******* page of the restaurant you claim that the breakfast is $14 dollars a person, well they were charging us $26 dollars a person. I don't know who was wrong on this one, but its false information. Not cool. Everything in the Hotel is overpriced. I felt as if i was in the States paying States prices. For the amount they charge per night and nothing is included, i don't think i would stay here again.
