"Wonderful welcome on arrival from all the staff. Lovely little hotel with a real country house feel. Excellent food and just loved the signature G&T with watermelon, couldn't get enough of those! Most outstanding memory was the absolutely fabulous bed linen. Proper linen with hand stitched embroidery, I was tempted to ditch my entire wardrobe in the room and fill the suitcase with all the bedding instead. A very comfortable stay indeed. Thank you."

The hosts knowledge of the area and tailored recommendations we really helpful and enhanced our stay and experience. The B&B its self was tastefully decorated in a modern style and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. I just wished we were able to stay more than one night. We would very much stay here again and very much recommend this B&B as somewhere to stay."

I reached out to the hotel directly to explain that as my wife was having a major operation and having an unfit to travel document we would very much like to rebook at a later date . However the hotel showed no empathy or sympathy and refused our request . Money is there only consideration putting their own financial gain and profit before a woman undergoing cancer treatment! I will add the only hotel along the garden route that has shown such a shameful attitude. Way goes around comes around !"

"This is a little gem of a place. Louise was very welcoming and gave us directions to local amenities. It was in easy walking distance to town. The rooms were furnished as I imagine an old Afrikaans homestead would be with comfortable heavy chairs and footrests - perfect after a day of walking. The dogs and occasional cat were allowed to roam freely and we were often greeted by wagging tails, We had a cosy, private patio area surrounded by colourful flowers.The pool was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Hermanus."
