H2호텔(H2Hotel)

Really comfortable and stylish hotel in a perfect location. Staff was we,coming and professional. Room was large and had lots of natural light. Great little balcony. Would definitely stay here on a feature visit to Healdsburg.

Service was excellent. Friendly and eager to help staff. Room was nice with modern and simplistic design. Perfect location. Would definitely stay there again. Pillows were slightly too hard for my taste.

Got to the hotel a little after 1am due to a flight delay and they had already “run reports” and couldn’t honor my prepaid reservation, so they spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to bypass the computer system to get me into a room. Once they found me a room I had to come back down to the lobby 2 additional times because the key didn’t work. Then they used a master key to let me in but the heater and most of the lights didn’t work. Bed was very comfortable though

It’s a beautiful new hotel in an excellent location. But for the price point it’s missing a few basic amenities. There was no hair dryer in my room, and when I called the front desk there was no way to get one- they didn’t even think to check an empty room until I suggested it. There’s no usb outlet or easily accessible plug for a cell phone except for on the wall across from the foot of the bed- they even add a Bluetooth speaker to the room but it’s a usb plugin and there’s no way to plug it in. There is a coffee machine but now coffee. Water is easily accessible, but no ice. There’s no magnifying mirror or makeup mirror except for above the bathroom sink. There are major scratches on all the sinks and tile, and missing chunks of grout, making it feel much older and cheaper than the style and price point imply.

Was taken back on how nice the staff was- they were very accommodating, clean, and cannot get over the big tub offered in the room. Everyone was pleasant and is next to everything in the city. 5 star service and experience. It rained the whole time during my stay, but had the best time. Again, the staff was AMAZING! Went above and beyond my expectations.

This beautiful hotel doesn’t have the feel of a hotel but more of a stay at a super wealthy friend that has separate quarters for you to use. It’s cozy yet vibrant simple yet chic. SO MANY areas to just hang out, alone or with your travel companions. The pool is the perfect temperature. The bar is so welcoming. The lobby isn’t like a lobby at all. Hang out here and enjoy the very calming background music. Feel like a little walk? AMAZING (and very safe!) location with a plethora of things to explore whether it be clothing boutiques, art galleries, coffee shops, a delicious bakery…all within walking distance Another super important thing to point out. The hotel is very environmentally aware and walks the walk. They are doing their very best to promote being aware of unnecessary waste and damage to our environment. SO REFRESHING!

Stay was nice, but way overpriced for $600+ a night. Check in was less than stellar. Man at desk did absolute minimum upon our check in, so this is our first exposure to the hotel. He just gave us the keys and explained nothing about where to go for the elevator, how breakfasts worked, hours for the restaurant etc. It was like a self check in process, almost. Once in the suite, layout was unusual and light switches were in unusual layouts. We spent a great deal of time just trying to get the layout of the room, which was mildly irritating. Room was clean and comfortable, but with the number of other hotels in the immediate vicinity I might reconsider staying here.

We liked the modern design, the comfortable bed and crisp linens, the helpful staff.

Location, cleanliness, staff, food, and beds were excellent. The only thing that was a bit of a struggle was the wifi. Healdsburg in general has terrible Verizon reception, so wifi is pivotal. If they can boost the signals, I'd give it a 10/10.
